More one on one care available
The staff here has been good with my Mom. They have a higher staff to patient ratio which allows her to get more one on one care. They’re skilled nursing so the facility has more of a hospital setting; but they put pictures on the walls to hopefully make it feel homier. They have a cafeteria available for those that can move on their own but they do their best to offer food that she’ll like. They call me periodically to let me know how things are going; they know her by name and even know who I am. I think, overall, they’re doing the best they can.
