Was absolutely amazing, loved the layout and how it had the courtyard in the middle. Seemed clean when we were there. Everyone was friendly and answered our questions. So far I am happy with the quality of care my loved one is receiving . Helpful and friendly. Awesome for on site chef and so far haven't had any complaints from my loved one. I would like to see more available off site activities, I know the facility has a bus, I just don't think it's utilized much. The in site activities are great. Excellent price point for people on a budget that want excellent care for their loved one.

First tour of an assisted living facility. Our tour rep was fabulous and explained a lot about living areas and care as well as listening to our story and answering questions. Overall conditions were good. Landscaping in the courtyard needed some help and the "salon" could stand a makeover. Residence hallways and common areas were clean and inviting. Remodel of some areas is in progress.

I am mostly impressed with the marketing representative who gave us the tour. She sat patiently with my daughter and me, listened to us, and responded with concern and efficiency. I admit some concern based on facility reviews and am feeling a little uncertain about the room that my husband would be placed in -- small, confining, not a good window. But I'm hopeful the food and amenities will be good for him, should he move there.

The staff persons were all friendly, answered my questions and pointed out particular aspects of this facility that might interest me, including the surrounding neighborhood. They were knowledgeable regarding the Medicaid insurance processes involved in moving from an independent situation to an assisted living facility.

While our parents enjoyed the staff at Courtyard, their experience there was not what we had hoped for. Staffing shortages resulted in oversold promises such as chef-prepared food and a lack of attention to detail resulted in one of our parents NOT getting needed medication. It was also difficult to get in touch with the necessary staff to voice our concerns.

Seems like a nice place but only studio units are available. Like that meals were included but the overall price was not commensurate with what you get in my opinion.

Unfortunately, this is not a place for my Mother In Law. Although the staff member who gave the tour was pleasant, I found the facility not to my standards. I toured 2 "houses" wherein residents were confined to their rooms (doors closed), employees (staff members) were not with residents, but sitting on the couch in a common area and sitting at a lunch table, on their personal phones. There was a odor of urine and an overall lack of cleanliness. I also witnessed an unattended resident, with a walker, outside in the courtyard, which I would describe as a non-level cobblestone surface. When I questioned where were all the residents, I was told "it was right after lunch they are in their rooms" and when I questioned why the resident was in the courtyard, unattended, I was told he likes to "pick the weeds out of the flower beds" (March - no flowers). For these reasons, I would never recommend, nor place my relative here.

The Courtyard was a clean, well-designed facility that offers comfortable, well lit rooms and an easily accessible landscaped courtyard for walking or sitting outside. The residents we saw appeared happy to be there and there were ongoing group activities in the memory care section. The room and care rates seemed reasonable and the tour provided us with answers to most of our questions. A follow-up call from the Courtyard staff answered the rest of our questions. Overall, we were quite pleased with this facility.

I was met late for my appointment. The tour given was by someone who did not seem friendly. Was shown a home that was not clean and did not see any other residents or workers. Has potential, but the employees are lacking.

They promised to take her places one time a week but they didn't do it. They said that they would give her a shower twice a week but they didn't. They said that they could manage her diabetes but. She went in to diabetic keto and ended up in the hospital

Our tour was wonderful, the grounds, building and rooms are beautiful, clean and spacious. The director was very knowledgeable and very helpful, She walked us through the process and helped us make a choice that was very difficult very easy and comfortable. Our parents are moving in approximately 2 weeks from our tour.

They had a great sales pitch but, the reality of the situation was different than the promised. We were very disappointed. And our sister ended up in the hospital as a result of their care.

My mother moved in to Courtyard Asst Living a month after my dad passed. She was nervous and unsure. But the staff and community welcomed her and foe the next 6 years they become family. They weren't just family foe mom but me as well.

The beautiful Courtyard in the center of this facility makes it feel much less institutional: flowers, vegetables, a pond & walkways The administration is excellent, but spread too thin. The staff changes pretty frequently, but all do a very nice, caring job.

We feel very fortunate to have our mom at Courtyard. The courtyard itself lends such a nice atmosphere. The residents have such a nice outdoor space. The houses are very homey and comfortable. We are most pleased about the staff. They truly care about the residents. We feel so much better knowing she is safe and cared for, which was no longer true at her own home. It's been a difficult transition for her, but everyone is very understanding and patient. She is enjoying and participating in the activities, which we are happy about. Lack of socialization was one of our concerns with her living alone. It means alot knowing she is eating and drinking well, getting her medications, helped with bathing and laundry, and having others around her, rather than being alone. I would certainly recommend Pacifica Courtyard.

Not everything that is mentioned during the sales pitch is what happens. My Sister feels like it is hard for her to find someone when she needs them. Most of the staff is awesome. But I was treated rudely by one of the staff. They told us the residents would be having outings twice a month. She has been there for 2 months and has had only one outing.
