Room was very nice, food was good according to the resident, and the facility has a family atmosphere. However I would caution to truly find out where your loved one would be best. The placed our loved one in a very nice room in the remodeled garden floor. At 98 years old he was much too isolated and did not get the attention he needed. He was not independent enough to be that far away from the activity. He stayed for 6 months, was out of the facility in the hospital or SNF more than he was in. We moved him into LTC. I do feel that he was under-assessed and his room placement was a sure fire way to have a failed experience. For people with a fair amount of independence I think it's a nice place but for our LO it was an extremely expensive mistake.
