At Heritage, they had full nursing capability at all times.
It is a smaller, older facility with very caring staff. They have trained nurses on site who can provide basic care reducing the number of hospital visits required.

We are no longer there as of earlier this year, but the biggest thing that bothers me about ANY facility like Azalea Gardens is the smell. I understand it is most difficult to stay on top of but it was really overpowering at times.
