I visited a family member recently and had such wonderful interactions with all staff members! They were attentive and caring, the facility was clean and I felt a sense of community. I even met the director who seems to go above and beyond for her staff and residents. I left knowing my family member was in good hands!

Over time, Abodecare of Monroeville has become like family. I know staff by name and they made a point to get to know our whole family. Everyone is very attentive to my Mom's physical and emotional needs. They go above and beyond to care for her - small talks, hugs, and laughter helped her through my Dad's passing and gave our family great comfort. The daily activities, as well as the birthday & holiday celebrations are fun and create a feeling of community and keep my Mom engaged. The administration is responsive. When I have a question or concern, they reach out and resolve the issue in a timely manner. It's really hard to care for aging parents, but Abodecare makes it much easier, providing great care, not only to my Mom but our whole family, as well.

I loved this community. The staff are very friendly and supportive of each other. The residents are well taken care of. It’s nice to see how happy everyone is. I would definitely be recommending Abode Care Of Allentown to a friend.

We visited our friend at this facility and everyone was very attentive to the residents. Facility was clean and we had a great experience speaking with the management about the services they provide to the residents. Would recommend this home for friends or family if needed.

I love the staff. Everyone is hard working and walking down the hall I always see staff helping a family member out. Questions are always being answered this is a lovely place to have mom in. Everyone seems to be interested in the activities and loves to play bingo. The med-techs look like they love what they do. Everyone has smiles on their faces and work very hard

I had to visit this facility because I was told that they have quality care. The facility is immaculately clean. And the residents are so very well taken care of. I would definitely refer a family member to stay at this facility.

I wanted to compliment the cleanliness of the entire building and commend the house keeping staff. Anytime I have visited the staff was very attentive to my friend and the other residents. I also wanted to mention that the upper management was very accommodating with any questions or concerns I have had. They are always very willing to help in anyway. when leaving I am always comforted in knowing that my friend will be well taken care of both medically and emotionally. Thank you!

I was a guest during the holiday party they hosted on the 19th…. OMG how wonderful!!! The staff were so kind , the decor was wonderful and everyone was so attentive to all the guest even upper management. It was nice seeing how they all worked together to make sure everyone was enjoying themselves.

I recently moved my mother into this community after a lengthy period of visiting other communities. I toured Abode twice and can’t believe all the changes and upgrades I noticed during my second tour. You can tell they take pride in the community and also care about the space the residents have to call home.

My dad wasn’t even a resident of Abode and when he had his evaluation they brought him a gift bag to honor him as a veteran. The Marketing Director was very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond before during and after his move in. Over all wonderful experience

It is a very large community and you can feel like you are lost at first. There is tons to do on the activity schedule. The front desk helper is amazing. Maintenance man was helpful with our television. All the staff are wonderful and more than willing to help with any resident care needs or help families.

We moved my father-in-law into atrium and it was a Happy place for him, treated with dignity and love, he stopped exit seeking due to this. We were able to see his accommodations, that was not the case before moving him here. We could see him anytime we wish without an appointment, that was not the prior scenario . He loves the food, they feed him what his diet said, not just puree to make it easy. Staff was always helpful and attentive. I would recommend atrium to anyone looking.

I recently was invited to the Santa Breakfast hosted at the Atrium. It was a wonderful experience. The food was much better than I anticipated for a community. Every staff member I met, greeted me with a smile and asked my name. I met two residents there than I sat with to enjoy the breakfast after my tour, and both had generous things to say about living at the Atrium! It was a wonderful experience!!

Atrium was wonderful to work with when choosing a home for my dad who has a TBI. They were clearly pros in being able to handle his more specialized needs and were very accommodating and responsive to our timeline. Shout out to Andi the admissions director for her personal knowledge and hard work to get everything done in time On top of that the facility is nice and clean, the meals are a big improvement from other homes, and the staff really engaging with both my dad personally and with our family in managing his care.

I recently visited the facility during their Santa brunch event. The facility is always so welcoming and always so decorated for the holiday from the concierges greeting you to the staff always saying hello. The Santa brunch was such a nice event seeing the residents and staff so engaged and enjoying themselves you can see how much the residents are well cared for. When the time comes I will be surely considering the Atrium when the time comes.

My dad recently was invited to attend a veterans lunch. The camaraderie was something he had been missing as a proud lonely vet. The lunch was nice and he met a lot of wonder new people. We hope to move him in the near future.

The only person available to me & my questions was [name removed]. She was so concerned for my family member & was right on my concerns. If only they had more staff as friendly and approachable as her, I would give more stars.

During my recent tour of the assisted living facility, I was truly impressed by the beautiful farmhouse theme that created such a warm and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail in the decor made the place feel like home. Beyond the aesthetics, the staff was incredibly kind and caring, making it clear that they genuinely prioritize the residents’ well-being. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I left with a great impression of the facility.

We took a tour of this facility and had a wonderful experience. Atrium is a beautiful facility. The staff were very friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and wonderful with my mother. Looking forward to my mother moving in.

The Atrium staff was very accommodating to allow my mother a period of respite memory care while she was visiting PA in 2025. The staff was very caring and allowed her family and friends to make frequent visits. I would recommend the Atrium for respite or permanent care.
