This is a great facility, friendly, helpful staff, clean environment, good meals. My dads apartment is roomy and very homey, especially since we hung the pictures on the wall. I like the fact he has his furniture from home making the surroundings more familiar. It takes a lot of pressure off us knowing he is well looked after and safe. Thank all of you at Paradise Estates!!!

I toured this facility. It's an older facility. The new executive director had just started and I was very impressed with him. He took his time with us and seemed genuinely enthusiastic about building the place up.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought the experience was okay but it was just not the place for our loved one. We did like that they were honest about being short staffed but it was definitely not what we were liking. For someone who would be a little bit more sane and less behavioral it might be better.

I am writing to say that [name removed] is an exceptional caregiver! She helped [name removed] a lot this morning & I think [name removed] was comfortable with her. She even took [name removed] glasses or be straightened ON HER BREAK! Now that’s EXCELLENCE ABOVE & BEYOND her duties. I felt very much at ease when I left her. Tomorrow [name removed] may change but for today good. Hope your remodeling will help everyone. Give that gal A BIG RAISE! She deserves every penny.

Paradise Estates is indeed a newer facility that appears as a clean friendly environment. The apartments are spacious and attractive that do indeed give residence the feeling of living in their own homes. The resident caretakers (floor staff) and medical personnel are professional and friendly that help in any way they can to meet the needs of the residents. The management on the other hand will need to work on their professional demeanor and understanding of state and federal regulations within this industry to be better informed when answering questions from family members and medical personnel. Only when management personnel enhance their knowledge, professional demeanor, and show at least some human compassion towards the residence will I be able rate this facility at a higher level. It is a business but when your business is providing care to the elderly, compassion and kindness pay much higher dividends than the American dollar.

Staff has always been unfriendly. Would not send my loved one here. Was hoping with new ownership it would change but same old faces same old problems. A shame! Love that they all smoke instead of taking care of my loved one!!

This is a place I won't send my dog. The staff is unfriendly, they stick their opinions into the clients business even though it not good for the clients. They don't care!!!!! The clients at times are in danger.
