Gosh, it was almost a year ago and the details are getting fuzzy, especially since it was a very emotional time leading up to my mom's death. I was very happy with their service and would definitely hire them again. I'm going to say 5s all around.

Mom loved the ladies especially [name removed] Everyone is great. I would recommend to others.

Our mom had been admitted inpatient after knee replacement a few times. Home instead came after multiple skilled nursing stays and this did the trick. She is back on her way to recovery with the best help at home to provide a safe and helpful transition to independent living. [name removed], [name removed]and [name removed] ensured everything went smooth. I believe her main caretaker was [name removed] and provided exceptional care

She's qualified for everything, [name removed] has been just what my wife needed. They talk , go shopping for clothes, or go out to eat together. I wish the service could be covered by insurance, but it isn't through Seniors helping Seniors.

With the exception of 1 care provider, they were all experienced, kind and respectful towards my mom who was in the advanced stages of vascular dementia. The admin staff was responsive and responsible with the exception of one incident that left us without coverage for one night

So finding out around Thanksgiving that we needed to get somebody suddenly we were at a loss being in California and our mother was in Washington. This is the only agency that called me back and followed up the person [name removed] that was the director I think for Home instead was wonderful even though we didn’t need anybody for very long because our mother passed away. They were great.

We had a very urgent need for help on a Sunday afternoon. Senior Helpers got someone to our house within hours. We continued to use their team for a few weeks. Very responsive and respectful. I highly recommend them.

Seniors Helping Seniors has been a very positive experience. My caregiver is a faith filled lady and we have hit it off from the start. She’s very kind and loving and will do anything to help me. I have onset of Parkinson’s and she even helps me with some exercises. She has become a friend!

Company works to provide outstanding staff to work with clients. The company also works with clients in providing flexible schedules when needed by clients. Care staff aims to please clients and is respectful of property and has a positive attitude on all assignments

They helped me gets started with my dads dementia and guided me in the write direction. Unfortunatley we were late on getting him to sign over power of attorney and will no longer listen to family. The agency helped us a lot if he would have cooperated

It was a little tough to get started at first, because my dad only wanted someone for three hours per week, every other week. Now that he got his hours approved through the VA, he is getting 16 hours a week and I think we’ll have more stability with the caregiver.

They take good care of their clients. Their response was very fast, they were very reliable and reasonably priced. 2 caretakers came to my home and took excellent care of me. They cleaned my house from too to bottom and communicated with me at every stage of their care. They brought supplies that I needed. They communicated with my family and explained their care. You can write a check or use your debit card to pay for their services. They can provide multiple services.

Very pleased with Ready2Serve. From the beginning [name removed] asked all the right questions and was able to match us with 2 possible caregivers. Since we are out of state, we were able to interview each candidate via zoom. We chose the caregiver whom we all agreed was the best fit and it has worked well out ever since.

Home Instead is a wonderful agency providing excellent care for my mom. They responded quickly and came out right away to evaluate my mom and arranged immediately for a part time caregiver whom my mom adores. She is thoughtful and compassionate and extremely competent. I would recommend Home Instead highly to anyone seeking care for a loved one.
