They have sent different caretakers when I first started. I need less help now and have 1 great person who comes 4 times a week for 3 hours at a time. Very pleased.

All of the helpers are terrific. No job is too big! They run errands, do shopping, help with cooking and do homemaking chores.

The company is easy to communicate with. They sent a caregiver who really cares. Very pleased and recently increased number of appointments.

From the first call to set up a meeting through the last the last 18 weeks the communication has been upfront and honest. The company work hard to get the “right fit” for my mom. The service has been helpful with grocery errands and even getting mom to do some exercises.

Home Instead is a TOP NOTCH SERVICE. They seem to care for their customers. What appears to be a pattern uncommon among other businesses As theirs is the quality of staff they employ. The staff are always professional and they present a pleasant and clean personality They are punctual and adamant to provide good service. We could not have chosen a better caring service as HOME INSTEAD For our needs.

Home instead workers were very caring, patient and helpful. ALways friendly, never complaining. They cared for my husband and about him. I Would not have been able to care for him any better.

They help with my household chores. They help me bathe and make sure I take my medication. They are always on top of things, and they keep me posted on schedule changes. I like that they take initiative. I think their new hires could receive a little more training on home etiquette.

They communicate well, and the fee is reasonable. The caregivers they send are very nice. I have peace of mind knowing that [name removed] is being checked in every day. They are very kind and personable. They are just easy to get along with. They are always available. If I am not available, they text me. I like that they are consistent, friendly, and helpful. If I don't notify them within three days that I don't need a caregiver, I still get charged. It would be nice if I got 48 hours to notify them.

The services helped with my daughter, who can't communicate. I still had to check in because of the nature of the client. The caregivers treated my daughter like a friend. The office staff has a texting system, so oftentimes I would reach out to them, and they were extremely responsive. They were very accommodating. I appreciated that the caregivers were very comfortable and mature. The girls that came there had long-term career goals.

Excellent staff who fully understand what it is like having someone you love in your family turn into a totally different person after a stroke. They are compassionate as well as very thorough in their care. My husband looks forward each day for them to come. Highly recommend.

I thought I was going to have to put my sister in assisted living facility, but home care and their care givers have allowed my sister to stay in her condo and is doing well as I write this.

Both workers were wonderful with our mom. We could not do it without them. They were very professional and caring.

He would reinforce each of my mom’s issue and have a solution and this he shared prior to me signing the contract. He was also able to provide caregivers on short notice and appears he has a large pool of staff with diverse ethnic background.

Senior helpers helped us have a few days of relief and took care of Mom during our vacation. They did a great job for us.

At home well the caretakers go through rigorous training to provide the most quality Care that can be provided to your family. They truly care about you and your family provide excellent communication in person over the phone and emails and through the app

Assistance home care are w out a doubt worth the price and experience especially the lady who came to our house, who cleaned and sat w my husband while I went to church

I used Cornerstone for immediate help when I got out of a long term stay in the hospital (over three weeks). The ladies were helpful in my regaining strength, getting around the house as needed, and fixing meals. As I’ve regained strength I have cut hours back to two mornings a week. They’ve been helping me reorganize my house that had started getting out of order due to my chronic illnesses. I’ve also used them to take me to doctors & infusion appointments. It’s been worth the money.
