Overall it has been a positive experience. The caregivers do a really good job and the company has been very flexible with my schedule. I have been getting help at home and transportation to appointments. The level of care I am receiving is a step above what I have experienced in the past. I recommend Senior Helpers.

I am so very grateful for Homewatch Caregivers. We found them after my dad was diagnosed with liver cancer in June of 2026, and things went downhill very quickly. They provided care for him and my mom, who has dementia. Throughout the 3 weeks that we used them, they were incredibly responsive, compassionate, and there for us. They were able to start 24/7 care immediately, and every one of the caregivers who ended up interacting with my parents for those 3 weeks was such a breath of fresh air. Because of the extreme circumstances of my dad's failing health, we were only with Homewatch Caregivers for 3 weeks because we moved them into an assisted living facility where they wouldn't have to navigate stairs. But were it not for that, I am certain we would still be using them. I highly recommend for anyone looking for attentive, compassionate care for their loved ones, especially with memory care issues.

I was quite overwhelmed when I received the call. This agency was instrumental in alleviating some of my responsibilities, which greatly assisted me in coordinating my father's care. He had experienced a stroke, and the coordinator not only visited him at the hospital but was also able to commence services immediately upon his discharge. We have been so happy with the caregivers from Home Instead. We’ve been using their services for three years to help care for both my mother and father as they age in place in their home. The caregivers have been great, and the communication has been helpful. They help him get out of bed and help him to the bathroom and with hygiene. They help with meds and mobility as well as breakfast and coffee. They take him to physical therapy, and that is very helpful. They have been very helpful in setting everything up. I like their attitudes, and the care professional is especially encouraging and concerned. They get him to do his physical therapy.

They have provided care and interaction with my husband. They keep my husband engaged and treat him with respect as well as always being on time. They communicate well if there is an issue or if they need to make a change to our schedule. I like the interaction and dedication.
