My mom has been in ALTO for a year and the biggest thing for me is that I know that I do not have to worry about her at all. The 4th floor nurses are wonderful and will call me with any problems that arise. The activities keep her busy and she enjoys the entertainment. She likes the food too!

I have been at The Canopy for three months now and am very satisfied. I have a large room with plenty of storage and a refrigerator and sink. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the common areas are comfortable and attractive. There are all sorts of activities if you choose to participate and weekly trips to Kroger or Dollar General. On the whole the meals are tasty and nutritious with special meals for those who require them. A nice place to live!

My mom had a very positive experience there. The staff were wonderful, and the place was always kept clean. The food was above average, but like any place never perfect. They decorated beautifully for the holidays and always had some type of celebration for them. Overall, I was very happy with Allegro Parkland. My aunt is there now. Unfortunately my mom passed away in April, but they were wonderful to the end. Only two negative is not enough parking

Everything receives a 5 for night, especially the staff. My mom said the food is good and activities keep her busy and I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

a place for mom was super helpful. I’m so happy with my choice of Allegro Parkland Rooms are bright and airy. The rooms are kept clean. The food is very good. And the aides are kind and competent.

The whole place and people are amazing and we would absolutely recommend The Canopy at Boynton Ridge to other families who may need a place for their loved ones!

Their hospitality has helped my loved one thrive. Her room has a small outside deck and she loves sitting outside.

I like that you can call anytime you want and check in on your loved one. I gave the food a three because they don't go along with published menu a lot. Meals often look thrown together and not special at all and sometimes not even enough food. For the money one would think dining would be an experience as advertised.

Alto Clermont is our third experience of assisted living in Clermont. The quality of meals highly exceeded our expectations. The in-house PT/OT is very convenient and a priority for my uncle. The staff is attentive and accommodating to residents and guests. We are thankful [name removed] answered the phone the day my uncle called and answered all his questions. He was excited to make the change to Alto!

My Brother in law has been at Allegro in Winter Park facility for 3 years. He moved to memory care about a year ago and I have been very pleased withe care he gets from the very kind staff. I am very happy with the attention paid to activities to keep the residents happy.

I give Allegro 5 across the board. Haven't tasted their food but the menu looks great. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families and even for myself!

My husband was there for 4 months to continue rehab in assisted living space after hospital and extensive nursing care. He has been home now since November. It was a "yes" the moment I walked in. Very very pleased all around. Friendly, welcoming, attentive and responsive to his particular needs. So grateful for "A Place for Mom" in setting up initial contact.

The Staff could not have been better, I am extremely pleased with the care my Uncle received. When we visited him it was almost like the staff were part of our family. The meals were what you would expect to find in a memory care facility and again from what I observed while visiting during meal times the staff were very attentive to the residents individual needs. I cannot say enough good things about the care my Uncle received, especially from[names removed] Unfortunately I don't know the names of all the staff that helped him.

I would encourage them without hesitation. [name removed] was amazing and made the process so easy. I felt like she was really invested in my mom and her recovery.

The staff there was very nice and accommodating. Especially Kate. I heard that she was retiring though. The service from the staff at Alto made my mother's stay there so much easier. And the facility itself is top notch.

The staff at Alto Grayslake are very friendly and helpful. The move in process was easy. Housekeeping was good. They cleaned the rooms once a week and laundry is done once a week. Daily activities including bingo, games, special events that includes family. The food is very good. They post daily lunch and dinner items, but you can also order off of a menu. I would definitely recommend Alto Grayslake to anyone looking for an assisted living arrangement!

We believe we found the ideal assisted living facility at Crane's View Lodge for our mother with mild to moderate dementia. The staff is universally caring and attentive. The residents living there are also very nice. The services are al a carte allowing personalization for each resident's needs, such as bathing assistance or taking medication. The five stacked floors are actually easier to navigate than some of the sprawling one-story buildings we visited. The private apartments are well laid out and spacious. Housekeeping and laundry is done on a regular schedule. There are several communal spaces, so the experiences seem varied. And there are always activities scheduled throughout each day, including many special seasonal gatherings. The dining room is very nice and the waitstaff is responsive to the resident’s special requests. There are a lot of choices for meal selection all day, including a special for each meal. My mom has no complaints about the food, which is what’s important. Visiting guests may join residents for meals for a modest fee. There is an in-house Salon and Physical Therapy Room for outside professionals to seamlessly offer services to residents. The entire building is on a cable system, which means TV is included in the fee and probably works very well for most people. The only issue is that there is no DVR, so non-live viewing would need to be done through streaming devices. Same with WiFi, it's included and seems robust enough for most things. The only small issue is that it doesn't integrate perfectly with Jubilee TV, which I use to remotely control my Mom's TV. I would highly recommend Crane’s View Lodge.

[name removed] is very friendly and informative. Nurses [name removed] on 4th floor are very caring with the residents. The rooms in memory care are just the right size! They have great amenities offered as well.

The facility itself is clean and is like a hotel. The staff is great. The food is pretty good, with lots of options. We have had no issues with communication. Parking is off street or across the street, which can be a hassle if you're in a hurry. It is also right by the hospital and medical offices, which makes appointments easier to navigate. There are lots of activities, including some where guests are invited.

The facility has a very homey comfortable atmosphere. There are several in Tallahassee but me and my father feel this is the best . It does not feel sterile and the residents are out and about so easy to make friends.
