Their staff is excellent!! [name removed] , the nurse; [name removed] , our main assistant; [name removed] , our secondary assistant; [name removed] , another assistant who is getting her masters degree in Alzheimer's care, and others who take of laundry needs, room cleaning etc.

1. Overall, we are very, very pleased with the administration, nursing, and the apartments. 2. - Cleanliness. The facility is always clean and decorated for holidays. The patients enjoy making their own door decorations. The facility could use a lighting face lift. The walls are very yellow, which makes the facility look old. 3. Friendliness - This is where the facility shines! The administration are pleasant. The nursing staff is NOW running smoothly. There was a change in the head nurse. The new NP, is on top of the huge responsibility for every patients needs. My example - our loved one needed a new prescription for her glucose monitor. Simple ask. We were so upset that it took a lot of asking for status to the point of getting angry and going to the Director. It was a prescription for a monitor. What if she really needed something important or life saving meds? We must not have been the only family that complained because they made a fantastic change! 4. - Quality of Care - This subject is an extension of my previous comment. All of the nursing staff is super! We have had conversations with the nurses about some small details about our loved one - they are always on board to help. My example for assistance was to check on our patient to make sure she sleeps in her bed and not on her sofa. She fell off the sofa and needed help getting up. We bought her a fabulous bed with an 8" memory foam mattress with a remote to raise and lower her head or feet. She didn't listen to us, but she started sleeping in her bed after a nurse checked on her. Now, they have her "trained" without checking on her daily. The Lodge has a very special team of nurses. 5. Administration made the move in so smooth. They knew the questions before we had to ask. It's a good running engine. When you don't have issues to discuss with the administration, it's a great facility . 6. - Food. I personally have not eaten the food, but our patient is happy. She does like their are 2 options to choose from. Her only suggestion was to have a big salad option with cucumber, tomato and egg. That would cover all food groups if you didn't want such a heavy meal. Side note, [community removed] offers that option which she misses.

I stayed at Aspen Trace recently for rehab. Their physical therapy and occupational therapy are very professional and kind. They will take very good care of you. Their food is delicious and there are microwaves in the room if you want to heat food up. The room I was in had a bed and a table and 3 chairs, cable tv, WiFi and internet. With a big bathroom and shower with a chair. I need to be in long term care now but they’re so good there is a waiting list. Which I am on. Take a tour and see how well they take care of everyone.

All of the staff are welcoming, friendly and conscience. The environment is pleasant and kept very clean. My mother is enjoying her apartment and the food. She always comments that everyone is “so nice” to her. I appreciate that the Altenheim is run by a family owned business instead of a large corporate entity.

The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The rooms were well maintained. I would recommend to others.

Most important thing is to get on the waitlist, understand your position on the waitlist and the waitlist priority policy. Close to family, great value, friendly staff.

Our loved one does not say anything regarding the meals and dining services and our loved one also does not participate in the activities. Yes, we would recommend the Altenheim community to other families.

We came to a point in our family where we needed to make a decision for assisted living care for our Mom. We visited another location, as well as Arbor Trace, and did research on many others. Arbor Trace staff were very kind and helpful in showing us options, answering questions, and making sure we were updated on availability. We chose Arbor Trace for several reasons (such as affordability and location) and have been pleased with the choice. Our Mom’s stay has been positive overall so far, with kind staff, good food, good care, and plenty of fun activities for her to participate in.

It was a pleasant experience at Aspen Trace. The people are all very kind there.

My parents have been at Harbour Manor for over a year. Both resided in the Lodge for 8 months. The Lodge is clean, comfortable and they both parents made immediate friends. Nursing staff, kitchen staff Exceptional! Food is as tasty and nutritious as the website states. A few months ago my father had to go to the skilled nursing facility area of Harbour Minor, my mother continues to live and flourish at the Lodge. My father did not have separation issues moving from one building to another because many of the staff members work in both buildings. My parents are happy and well cared for.

I live in the memory care unit at the Altenheim because my husband has late stage Alzheimer’s disease. We live in a nice one bedroom apartment. We are given three good meals a day and there is a nurse who makes sure we both get our daily medication. It is so nice to not have the stress of trying to remember the time and dosages on our own!! I would highly recommend the Altenheim!!

I have to say deciding to place my mom in a place other than my home was not an easy decision & one I struggle with often. However, my heart was so full during my last visit. I always think no one can show love & care for her like I can but I was wrong. I watched my mom interact with an amazing young lady who had genuine care and love for my mom. This young ladies name was [name removed] and she is a CNA there at Copper Trace. Not only was she gentle with my mom but had real conversations with her & treated her as I well as I do. I know its this young ladies job to care for my mom but to witness in done in a way where my mom was treated like a real person & not just a task meant the world to me. I spoke to my mom about this young lady she even went on to tell me [name removed] came & visited on Christmas on her day off as she wanted to make sure every resident had a visitor for the Holiday. I literally had tears in my eyes that my mom was in good hands. Thank you so much [name removed] your appreciated!!!

Folks around here seem to go above and beyond. Not only with the primary care but it's also all the little things that they do as well. I feel very comfortable that I'm leaving my wife in good hands here. Steve in particular is very kind, attentive and just makes my wife feel comfortable, mentally as well as physically. Those things that can be embarrassing are so well handled that they're just not awkward at all with him. I believe [name removed] has found his calling in this line of work. Bravo!!

The staff including the front office person, marketing director and unit manager are knowledgeable and very helpful. The staff all interact with the residents which is nice to see. The room sizes in assisted living are very appropriate for one person. Mom has made many friends at the Lodge. With her dementia diagnosis, she is still functional. Mom is very pleased with all that the Lodge at Harbour Manor has to offer her.

Recently spent 3 weeks at Cumberland In all areas I found the Staff caring and competent My rehabilitation after hip replacement is not over..but a great start because of Cumberland Check it out

Fall Creek Retirement village is in a convenient location that easy to find. And the appearance is pleasing and a hometown feel including the staff and residents. We chose it to be close distance from home and like the welcoming feeling.

My mother transitioned from another facility with very short notice. Information was excellent and timely. Staff is very genuine, uses common sense and truly care about the residents. Room sizes are generous in assisted living and give the residents as much independence as they can handle and the care they need. The communication has been excellent and the attention to apartment satisfaction by the maintenance staff has been above and beyond expectation. Socialization transition has been excellent. Billing has been transparent and convenient. We moved my mother here very quickly from a bad situation based on recommendation from a friend and I would absolutely do the same. This is third facility my mother has lived in over 10 years, starting in Independent and transitioning to assisted living.

Our loved one is on the assisted living side and so far the experience with The Reserve at Hamilton Trace has been great. All of the activities seem to keep our loved one busy, and the meals are great. It is a really nice environment and it is very clean. The staff have great follow up and communication. Based on our experience so far we would recommend them to other families.

The community is wonderful! The staff keep a close eye on the residents. They make sure to sit down and speak with the residents during meals, and make sure they are well taken care of. The meals are wonderful for the residents. My loved one has made friends at the community, and they are glad I picked this place for them. My loved one enjoys the activities available.
