The staff was very caring and attentive to my wife's health condition. Every one and every thing was great. I have no suggestions for improvement.

My husband, who has Alzheimer's disease, has been at Gables of Green for almost 3 months, and I cannot say enough good about them. The staff, the care, and everything about the place is beyond expectation. There are many activities. The dining is like a restaurant with a great menu and very good food.. Everyone called him and me by name from about day 2. The medical and therapeutic programs are also excellent. If you are looking for a place for your loved one, I highly recommend Gables of Green.

We found Heather Hills to be a welcoming, safe environment for our mother. The staff and residents are friendly. The food and activities are good and fun. The costs are reasonable, an especially nice place for mom to call home.

They have been so great! My mom gets individual care with true effort into making her part of the community. They are also in regular contact with me to ensure I'm up to date on how things are going

Although my Mom complained about the food however every time I stopped at lunch and dinner she had eaten everything on her plate. She really liked the activity director and[Name Removed]. She did say she never met the Administrator when we were leaving on Sunday. I don't know if she did and didn't realize it or not. My mom was an administrator at a facility 25 years ago, so I think she probably thought of that which most residents wouldn't ever think of. Let me know if you need any thing additional.

I would say they are doing a great job for [name removed]. I would recommend them as caregivers.

Staff treats us very well. Had some very nice outings and entertainment. They feed us plenty but too much processed foods. Nice views from the rooms. Very clean.

The management and employees really bend over backwards to be friendly and helpful. The place is spotless My laundry is done for me every Wednesday My apartment is cleaned every Thursday It's been a very good experience!

The admission director [Name Removed] is wonderful. Families looking need to ask questions.

The staff is phenomenal. They are all friendly and patient. My dad is 96 years old and does not hear very well. Staff members stop and talk to him in the hall, his waitress is very accommodating and jokes with him. All of the staff members know his name. My mother was in a nursing home several years ago. Franklin Court outshines that Facility by far!

The staff are great. They were responsive and helpful in every way. The facility was older. Halls narrow and room small. However the staff mitigated the issues.

Lovely well thought out design for the facility. Very clean and smelled good throughout. The admission/marketing director [name removed] was very helpful and informative and was honest about what to expect the first few weeks for the dementia resident. I especially love the aviary display and enjoy watching the birds with my Dad who has been admitted there now for almost 2 weeks. Staff is kind and caring and my Dad is being well cared for.

[Name Removed] was very helpful. My mom is still asking to go home so she hasn't accepted the move. She is resistive to joining the activities. She tells me they take her and don't give her a choice. She needs to do more than stay in her room so I have no problem with that. As far as I can tell the staff is great. She likes some more than others. The wound care person ([Name Removed]) who is a visiting nurse is incredible. The wound on her leg is almost completely healed. The room is large. My mom isn't happy about the food. She got cold scrambled eggs and they seem to give her oatmeal for breakfast a lot. I explained she can ask for whatever she wants but I don't think she does. She has false teeth and has trouble chewing some of the meat (she mentioned the chicken and ham). It's clean. Sometimes they give her clothes that belong to other people.

What we like the most about the community is that it is smaller and home like. Everyone there knows everyone and everyone is treated with kindness and is caring. We would recommend Oak Leaf Manor to other families

5 on all. What we liked the most about the community is that their staff were exceptional. My Dad was not a good fit with other residents. He said they didn't talk much and just didn't seem too with it.

Excellent facility great for transitioning from assisted living to memory care. Not as much activities as some places have but enough for most people who like to read or watch TV. Really nice dining area just like a restaurant eat whenever you want not restricted to only certain times of the day.

My mom was absolutely grief stricken when she entered Hillside. The staff was wonderful with her and myself, taking time to talk to us and sharing personal experiences to help us.

Definitely a 5. He loves it there. The food is wonderful and he really enjoys all the activities. The staff on friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend Heather Hills to anyone.

What we like the most about the community is that it is bright, welcoming, clean and conveniently located. The food is good, and the staff are dedicated and accommodating especially [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] and the memory care staff.
