The staff are great. They were responsive and helpful in every way. The facility was older. Halls narrow and room small. However the staff mitigated the issues.

Lovely well thought out design for the facility. Very clean and smelled good throughout. The admission/marketing director [name removed] was very helpful and informative and was honest about what to expect the first few weeks for the dementia resident. I especially love the aviary display and enjoy watching the birds with my Dad who has been admitted there now for almost 2 weeks. Staff is kind and caring and my Dad is being well cared for.

[Name Removed] was very helpful. My mom is still asking to go home so she hasn't accepted the move. She is resistive to joining the activities. She tells me they take her and don't give her a choice. She needs to do more than stay in her room so I have no problem with that. As far as I can tell the staff is great. She likes some more than others. The wound care person ([Name Removed]) who is a visiting nurse is incredible. The wound on her leg is almost completely healed. The room is large. My mom isn't happy about the food. She got cold scrambled eggs and they seem to give her oatmeal for breakfast a lot. I explained she can ask for whatever she wants but I don't think she does. She has false teeth and has trouble chewing some of the meat (she mentioned the chicken and ham). It's clean. Sometimes they give her clothes that belong to other people.

What we like the most about the community is that it is smaller and home like. Everyone there knows everyone and everyone is treated with kindness and is caring. We would recommend Oak Leaf Manor to other families

5 on all. What we liked the most about the community is that their staff were exceptional. My Dad was not a good fit with other residents. He said they didn't talk much and just didn't seem too with it.

Excellent facility great for transitioning from assisted living to memory care. Not as much activities as some places have but enough for most people who like to read or watch TV. Really nice dining area just like a restaurant eat whenever you want not restricted to only certain times of the day.

My mom was absolutely grief stricken when she entered Hillside. The staff was wonderful with her and myself, taking time to talk to us and sharing personal experiences to help us.

Definitely a 5. He loves it there. The food is wonderful and he really enjoys all the activities. The staff on friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend Heather Hills to anyone.

What we like the most about the community is that it is bright, welcoming, clean and conveniently located. The food is good, and the staff are dedicated and accommodating especially [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] and the memory care staff.

We are incredibly grateful for Franklin Court. My mother in law receives excellent care and it feels like home. [name removed] was so helpful and answered all of our questions before movein. The community is warm and she feels comfortable. It's such peace of mind knowing she is in a safe supportive environment. It truly feels like home here.

my Mother was only there a week she came in needing Hospice care and even though the staff didn't know her they treated her her with the best care possible and kept her comfortable in her last days Thank you to them all.

The staff was welcoming during our tour, concierge greeted us with a beautiful smile, and the marketing director is very lovely, thorough and answered all my questions. Great first impression. Can’t wait to follow up with the marketing director soon.

Heather Hills is a welcoming place. People there are generally supportive and friendly. Staff are sincere and competent. The food is good. Social activities are available. Residents are treated with respect and kindness

Everything about the Bradford is excellent. Staff very friendly and it is very clean. I would surely recommend them to others who are searching for memory care for their loved one.

[names removed] were very caring for my wife and me. They went well beyond my expectations! Kitchen and dining personnel were caring for my wife and actually brought me meals because they were concerned that I was not eating. Housekeeping personnel were also caring for my wife and me. Food quality was great. Apartment size was ample and very clean.

My father has dementia and is hard to deal with at times. From the move in, assessing his needs, and handling all of it, they have been very helpful and keep us informed about any needs. The staff are professional and since this is new to me, they have been great to work with! [name removed], [name removed] the administrator and [name removed] have been very helpful and keep me updated!

I like the combination of custodial care and personal medical attention for Ann. Occasional updates by phone have been very reassuring. I would recommend them to others based on the experience so far.

We are so happy we chose Harbor Homes. This is a transition we never thought we would have to make and we can't imagine doing it any other place. The staff is amazing. They are the most caring group of people!!! They love my dad and we love them for that!!!
