I had to put my wife of 51 years into the Memory Care Unit at Autumn House West recently. It takes a special person to do what the nurses do every day, everyone I have met is truly special and love what they do. I am so happy they had space for my wife exactly when I needed it at a very reasonable price. We both are 73, and I may need assisted living myself some day and this is where I will want to go. From what I've seen, Autumn House West is the best!

Everyone we interacted with was extremely helpful & kind. Bent over backwards, answered all our questions, set up a tour time quickly, & talked very kindly w my in-laws.

The staff and care are excellent. Any questions or requests we have, they are quick to answer and accommodate in any way They make extra effort to meet every residents needs. They moved my mother to a room that became available closer to the dining and activity area with our permission so she had a shorter trip to her meals and also had a better, brighter view out her window with more activity. The food always looks good and is served with kindness and choices. The residents look forward to the activities and arrive at the activity room early so they don't miss them. The facility and rooms are kept clean and don't usually smell like a nursing home. Her room size is appropriate for her needs. They are wonderful to work with - every person from admissions to staff personnel have been nothing but kind and helpful through this transition. They know their residents by name and treat them with kindness. A wonderful place that knows how to care for those needing memory care accommodations.

Everything was outstanding. The care given to people in need was friendly kind and appreciated. [name removed] did an awesome job of giving us helpful. [name removed]. [name removed] did a good job of giving us background information and helping us with medically with the services.

Mom moved in this spring and tells us every time we visit that she loves the staff and residents at Byron Manor. They are kind and helpful and look out for her as she is directionally challenged. She loves the variety of meals and enjoys monthly excursions out.

The staff has been wonderful getting my mother settled in her new place. Helping her with her mess and washing. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and very tasteful. You are given more than one choice at meals for picky eaters and a drink station for whenever you're thirsty. They have activities for those who are adventurous. We were impressed.

My husband, who has Alzheimer's disease, has been at Gables of Green for almost 3 months, and I cannot say enough good about them. The staff, the care, and everything about the place is beyond expectation. There are many activities. The dining is like a restaurant with a great menu and very good food.. Everyone called him and me by name from about day 2. The medical and therapeutic programs are also excellent. If you are looking for a place for your loved one, I highly recommend Gables of Green.

We found Heather Hills to be a welcoming, safe environment for our mother. The staff and residents are friendly. The food and activities are good and fun. The costs are reasonable, an especially nice place for mom to call home.

They have been so great! My mom gets individual care with true effort into making her part of the community. They are also in regular contact with me to ensure I'm up to date on how things are going

Although my Mom complained about the food however every time I stopped at lunch and dinner she had eaten everything on her plate. She really liked the activity director and[Name Removed]. She did say she never met the Administrator when we were leaving on Sunday. I don't know if she did and didn't realize it or not. My mom was an administrator at a facility 25 years ago, so I think she probably thought of that which most residents wouldn't ever think of. Let me know if you need any thing additional.

I would say they are doing a great job for [name removed]. I would recommend them as caregivers.

Staff treats us very well. Had some very nice outings and entertainment. They feed us plenty but too much processed foods. Nice views from the rooms. Very clean.

The management and employees really bend over backwards to be friendly and helpful. The place is spotless My laundry is done for me every Wednesday My apartment is cleaned every Thursday It's been a very good experience!

The admission director [Name Removed] is wonderful. Families looking need to ask questions.

A very nice and well managed facility.. I was especially impressed with the grounds. It is almost like a park. The attendees, though I have not met many are so far,very nice. I think I will enjoy living there. .I especially like how quiet it is. Thanks for the chance to evuate the facility.

The staff is phenomenal. They are all friendly and patient. My dad is 96 years old and does not hear very well. Staff members stop and talk to him in the hall, his waitress is very accommodating and jokes with him. All of the staff members know his name. My mother was in a nursing home several years ago. Franklin Court outshines that Facility by far!

The staff are great. They were responsive and helpful in every way. The facility was older. Halls narrow and room small. However the staff mitigated the issues.

Lovely well thought out design for the facility. Very clean and smelled good throughout. The admission/marketing director [name removed] was very helpful and informative and was honest about what to expect the first few weeks for the dementia resident. I especially love the aviary display and enjoy watching the birds with my Dad who has been admitted there now for almost 2 weeks. Staff is kind and caring and my Dad is being well cared for.

[Name Removed] was very helpful. My mom is still asking to go home so she hasn't accepted the move. She is resistive to joining the activities. She tells me they take her and don't give her a choice. She needs to do more than stay in her room so I have no problem with that. As far as I can tell the staff is great. She likes some more than others. The wound care person ([Name Removed]) who is a visiting nurse is incredible. The wound on her leg is almost completely healed. The room is large. My mom isn't happy about the food. She got cold scrambled eggs and they seem to give her oatmeal for breakfast a lot. I explained she can ask for whatever she wants but I don't think she does. She has false teeth and has trouble chewing some of the meat (she mentioned the chicken and ham). It's clean. Sometimes they give her clothes that belong to other people.
