Dulaney Valley Assisted Living

Dulaney Valley is a smaller community so it really gives that more personalized one on one care. The meals are excellent, everything that the chef makes is all home cooked - our loved one enjoys everything. They made cornbread from scratch one night and our loved one absolutely loved that the most. Sometimes it is a little hard to get ahold of the doctor that is on sight so they could have some better response but based on our experience we would still recommend this community to other families.

My sis went there with a lot of issues here and I know she was a handful but they have a night caregiver who makes my sister happy she says her name is [names removed] only works weekends but she says they put her at just the right space! Thank god for evergreen.

We chose this community because of the price and they were willing to work with us within our budget. It is also not too far from home and its in a shopping area so if we want to take my mom out to eat or go shopping we can do so. The room sizes are smaller, but you are able to fit two people in the room. It is just enough space. My mother does not complain about the food. I would recommend Evergreen Valley Assisted Living.

I wish I had found Delaney Valley earlier, my mom spent the last few weeks of her life there, the staff were all very professional, caring people, they helped my family through a very emotional time. The one on one care my Mom got was exceptional, I will never forget what care and concern my mother and my whole family were given. Very clean and well run!

A treasure for families seeking the best. Location and layout inside are excellent. Staff's training and knowledge are excellent. But most importantly, the caring and genuine concern of the director and all of the staff is evident at all times.

I am happy with the care here. I feel she is getting meals, she is clean, and has care. They run a pretty tight ship. The home is clean along with the residents. The meals are prepared and cooked at the home. My cousin has been able to go out the the deck but I hope they will incorporate exercises or suitable activities. It is a clean, cozy, bright light home and they are doing a good job.

My sister has only been there 2 weeks yet she fits right in. There is always the initial struggle of wanting to "go Home", but with their understanding she is accommodating very well. She asked for and received an opportunity to be helpful, and they have given her a simple task which makes her feel ownership.

MY father has been at this facility for three years. I never have problems.The staff is great. I've been at the facility during meal times. Well balanced meals are given.Beautiful place.Well maintained. A must see place.

This is a wonderful community. The staff is so kind to my brother. They have the patience to deal with him when he is being difficult. I toured several other communities and I knew this was the right place as soon as I walked through the door. He has been there for over 2 years and I couldn't be happier.

I toured the building trying to find a place for my dad, and what I loved most was the friendliness of the staff. Its already a hard decision placing my dad, but the Manager made me feel at ease. Each bedroom was spotless and the home smelled clean. I have toured a few facilities and they all had a urine odor, but not this one. It felt homely and cozy. The rooms were spacious, and color coordinated. They had files for each resident. They keep records very well. I was really impressed that they had a MD & podiatrist that came every 6 weeks. Once I left the tour I felt a lot better about placing my dad. I ultimately chose Evergreen.

How can you have this review from this guy Tom say these bad things. All it takes is a bad attitude person to ruin a business. when you read all of these comments please keep an open mind. There is truth, lies, in between, hatred, jealously, disgruntled employees and also people that like to just cause problems. I feel these reviews are unfair. Evergreen valley is a great place for your love one to live at. My mother has been at this facility over five years. I have no complaints. The staff is great, they care about my mother and yes the place is old, but clean.

My mother was at Dulaney Valley at the Cockeysville location for 3 years before she passed. My mother had the best care there. I would recommend anyone to live at this home. We never had issues with anyone. The place is beautiful. Very clean and the staff were great. They have an on site doctor, ex-ray s, foot doctor, they take blood work, they do everything. must see place.

I CAN GIVE DULANEY VALLEY ASSISTED LIVING A 10 AND THEN SOME. THE OWNERS AND STAFF ARE EXCELLENT. I FEEL I MADE AN OUTSTANDING CHOICE LOCATING MY AUNT AT DULANEY VALLEY.

It's very clean and there is no smell. They seem to be doing real good for her. They seem to be bending over backwords, to help her. She is happy with the food. I think she is getting good care. They spoke to me with common sense. They gave me good feedback, they were straightforward. They will even bring in hospice. They treat her real good. When she was in the hospital, they have a social worker that works with you, and I told them I was going to check this place out, and they knew people that had been here and had no problems. They are always willing to speak with me, and work with me. I can show up anytime and they are happy to have me there.

The Evergreen Valley Assisted Living is a large beautiful community. The staff always seems very happy to be there. The community has many residents and always seems to be very busy. There is always a lot going on at this place.

Staff seems to be friendly and helpful

We chose Dulaney Valley because it was a hurried situation and it was recommended. This one was closest to my work and I was able to see him everyday. Even during COVID they were so accommodating, they would bring him to the door so I could still see him everyday. The rooms are quite spacious here. When he did eat at the facility, he never complained about the food. My favorite part about the community would be the staff members, they were so kind and great with my uncle. I would recommend the community.

It is extremely clean at Dulaney Valley Assisted Living at Baldwin. The staff has been very good in dealing with moms insomnia. They were just really helpful and caring. The food is really good here and they have a very diverse selection. The location is really nice and wooded with wild life all around. Overall I am really pleased with everything here.
