[name removed], Director of Sales, made the entire process pleasant and painless, even after lease signed. Other staff were equally helpful. My uncle enjoyed his brief stay and felt at home. My wife and I observed lots of activities but my uncle was a loner and didn't participate.

Great place so far my mother loves her room , enjoys her food ,and has great care , only recommendation need have more fun activities for my mother seems repetitive,Elevators could be faster it takes so long or elevator is not working.

I love the kindness of the staff. Assisted living residents have regular in-lobby entertainment provided. However, in the memory care unit, there is definitely very little extra curricular activities for the residents and there are no off-site activities ever such as bus rides/scenic tours.

[name removed] was very helpful and informative about their facility, activities, staff, etc. Move-in was well coordinated and stress free. There were some problems transferring my Mom's medications from Walgreens to their pharmacy provider (Guardian) but that got resolved after a few phone calls.

First off the staff are amazing from sales team members showing us around , the building little outdated with some work Needed like the carpet but overall satisfied, the food and dining experience is excellent, great chef , active is is amazing . And the one nurse is so great and helpful for my mother overall 10/10

Amazing staff felt welcomed , many things to do close to shops and pharmacy . My father raves about the great food provided , Wish the transportation was 5 days a week but still convenient, the happy hours are exciting a little repetitive but still love the entertainment

The staff makes a whole difference in this community. My father feels so welcomed and so appreciative of how he has been treated. I would Highly recommend this place. They have spectacular food, great activities and close to good shops.

My mother loved it at the sterling from The professionaliam of the staff the delicious Food from dining and the good activities, they have good events , Great care is given to my mother which makes me so comfortable to Know she is safe and happy good job !

The Sterling is conveniently located in the heart of Aventura. The staff are caring and kind. There are plenty of activities to keep residents busy, and they also have a bus to take them on outings to restaurants and shops. The food is fairly good - probably gets repetitive after a while, but they do their best to accommodate special needs. The rooms are quite large and adequate for most needs. I would recommend this facility.

It's been almost 2 years since my father passed, and I don't know who is still working there, but [names removed] were a large part of the reason we had such an amazing experience. I would, without hesitation, tell a friend to sign the lease. We picked them because of the location, management and that they had a secure outside smoking area

My Father was looking at so many places but was amazed when he came to the sterling , he always raves about the amazing food they have there and gained some healthy weight , the nursing staff treats him well and front desk is always helpful, thank you to activities team and Dining team for keeping my father happy .

Took my mother to this community, think they just need better nursing staff overall , thanks to sales team and activies and my mother raves about the great food in Dining and she has put on some good weight thanks chef and thanks to the front desk lady she is very kind ,

Our family arrived from out of town, not knowing how to help our father move out of his home to a place that he would feel relaxed and happy. We contacted a Place For Mom and [name removed] was wonderful in giving us a list of places that might work for us. She made us feel like she was helping her personal family members & and was always there to answer questions. After visiting many of the places on the list, we all fell in love with The Sterling in Aventura. It was an area we all knew, and the facility was everything we hoped for. Instead of walking into an assisted living facility, we felt we were walking into a hotel. [name removed] took us under his wing, and made the move for our father as seamless as possible. Our father has continued to improve under the care of The Sterling, and we feel that we found the right place for his future. The attention and care we received from both [name removed] and [name removed] was in dispensable and we are forever grateful.

The staff Sterling Aventura is unbelievably friendly and always happy. It's amazing. My mother is always commenting how helpful and friendly everyone is there.

Amazing staff , thanks to [name removed]my mother feels welcomed , thanks to nursing for taking good care and thank you to the Chef [name removed]for the amazing food he has my mother really loves it there . The only thing i would change is to have better activities that are more interactive with the residents .

She had a great experience at The Atrium she was there for two years. Unfortunately she ran out of money (the rent more than doubled), and the stopped taking Medicaid for rent . Also her health has declined, she is unable to get out of bed on her own and no walking. She really misses the Atrium. All the staff were kind, helpful and considerate The facility was always clean.

The staff are all really helpful and great. You haven't lived if you haven't played bingo with [name removed]. It was a great place for my father. I think they have a new chef now so the food is a little bit better, but it was very inconsistent previously.

My mom is currently at The Atrium and I could not be happier. She has a studio apartment but the size is perfect because she is never in her room. She is always out and about with her friends on trips or doing activities. She loves the food (a lot of options) and their chef even put one of her favorites on the menu! I wish my mom would have agreed to make the move sooner as she is definitely more active and happier overall.

The facility is well run and the staff is very helpful. They are well staffed also no personnel shortages. They work with you and keep in contact with you. I feel my parents are safe and well cared for. I love the fact that they have a PCP see them at the facility making doctors visits easier to manage.

I called and I was helped I was unsure and [name removed] helped me understand I was uncomfortable and [names removed] simply were honest and sincere I found a home for someone very special to me I was so sure I co-signed for the apartment but my dear friend passed away before I could move him
