The facility was laid out in an orderly manner and very appealing in design. The rooms I looked at were appealing indicating they were high quality in maintenance. The staff member was very helpful and informative in showing me around answering any questions factually and truthfully. This residence would be a very desirable choice of where to live for anyone looking for a place for a loved one. I was very impressed with everything I saw on the tour and would highly recommend this facility for a great place to live.

I have been very pleased with the care and over all experience at Volante Memory Care. Generally I would rate all categories with a 5. The staff has been very exceptional with cares,, sensitive to resident and family needs and any concerns addressed.. A very pleasant environment to have my husband in this last stage of his life.

Initially, she was in assisted living but quickly(within 3 months) the staff along with the family determined she needed more supervision and directions. The food seems to be OK but with her memory loss she does not remember what she ate 5 minutes ago. It is great she still gets to chose. All the rooms in Memory Care are studios. At first I was not a fan but they helped me understand that even in one room with a bathroom, the resident can get lost or more confused. Staff has been good and are very friendly.

The food is great. all the staff are very good (helpful, Fun, courteous). The management and front desk are knowledgeable, supportive, nice, they provide many activities that are fun and informative. They also bring in entertainment and sometimes provide snacks and drinks. The residents are personal, friendly. Woodland terrace is a bit smaller most facilities in the area which really makes it nice. I am so pleased to have picked woodland terrace as my home.

The staff and employees are exceptional. The facility is always neat and clean with fresh flower bouquets in their foyer, hallways and dining area. Their one-on-one with every resident is outstanding. Their Manager, Director of Nursing and their Chef are beyond amazing. The staff is consistent delivering her medications and checking her blood pressure and her well being. Their daily in-house activities are phenomenal. There's fresh fruit available 24/7. They have church services for each religion; live music once a week and transportation available daily. They don't clean the apartments daily but do check the garbage. In my opinion, I think they could improve with that part, however, my Mom has macular degeneration and can't see the crumbs like I do and she's a little sloppy! The apartment sizes vary and Mom's is a smaller one. The biggest problem is they have 10 foot ceilings and the overhead lighting is very insufficient.

This is the best place in town for assisted living! My mother moved in this kind and caring facility 4 years ago. I was so worried about placing her in a home. I’ve been her caregiver for over 5 years, and covid really took a lot out of us both. She is doing so wonderful there - she has friends to talk to, fun activities to attend to, and qualified caregivers who treat her with love and respect. The facility is cozy and intimate, the staff is amazing in both their capability and the way they treat everyone with dignity. The food is excellently prepared from scratch, and the place feels like home. The facility caters to residents that need a little more individual care and succeeds at that fabulously. I feel so much gratitude for finding this place. It's centrally located. We checked out other places prior to her moving in. Nothing compared! The staff is marvelous, the rooms are so sweet. I highly recommend it for anyone that wants a home-like atmosphere for their loved one!!

They are very attentive. Kind and caring . The staff communication with family is awesome. There are always activities. Most importantly, my mother is well cared for, and she seems to love it. Did I mention the food. The food is good.

Hi [name removed]! This wonderful senior community deserves 10 Stars for EVERYTHING! The most wonderful people. My brother had dementia, these people understand dementia and were very understanding with my brother. Every staff member that I met were genuine. They care deeply for the seniors they serve. The Executive Director was amazing and she was available any time I needed her. I am so glad I was able to meet these awesome people. Sadly, my brother passed away there back in June. I was hoping he would have more time to enjoy life there. I recommend this beautiful community to everyone!

We were looking for an Assisted Living Facility (ALF) for my Grandpa. After him having bad experiences at other places, we finally found a beautiful, clean, spacious and caring place for him. Just by switching his environment and the staff that actually does things with their residents, his overall well being has improved rapidly! His specialists have seen nothing but positive results in his health to include his diet. Mariella of Grapevine's healthy & delicious diet plans for all their residents have made huge positive changes with his health. Their daily activities and outings are super fun and they always bring a medical staff member for extra support! He has been to more outings in less than 6 months than he has been at his last ALF in 2 years! Super clean environment and the quality of care for their residents is phenomenal! The facilities and staff are loving, fabulous and the price is very reasonable! THANK YOU!!! 5 STARS!!!!!

I'm very happy with my apartment. Public areas not well maintained.

The food is great. My dad loves it. The apartment size is perfect for 1 person. I wouldn't want to have a second person in there with him though. That would be too crowded. Their activities are great. That's what my dad needs is interaction with others. I do wish that he could sit with who he wanted to at the dining table though. He said nobody talks at the table where they sit him everyday. The woman assigned to him for his daily care is great. The staff is very nice. [name removed] was an amazing person to work with along with [name removed] to get things done e quickly for his move in. We did have to address a few things with them though about his hearing aids. I had just taken him in for an appointment to fix his hearing aids and he's still having trouble with hearing. My nephew addresses the situation but it still seems that he's not hearing like he was when we left the VA. That tells me they're not being charged. I will be calling them. I think they will need to take his charger and charge them themselves so he can't remove the hearing aids from the charger. I do have something I'm not happy with. They have the other exceptions as far as care. I forgot what they call it. It's the list with extra care on it that costs $[removed] a day more. There's I believe 8 things on the list of extra care and no matter if you have 1 thing or all 8, the cost is the same. My dad needs his depends changed 1 time a day. In the morning and he's good for all day. I don't think that should require a $[removed]a day increase. If someone has to have a bag changed, and a "C-Pap" machine monitored, plus bladder control issues where they have no control over their bladders or colon issues, doesn't compare to changing 1 soiled depends a day, which at this time is his only issue. There is no comparison to someone needing all the other care. My father goes to the bathroom by all day long himself. Bottom line is....The Village at Mill Landing doesn't compare to anywhere else I looked at. It's clean, and well monitored. I wouldn't put my father in any other facility. They just don't compare. They make my dad feel like his life actually isn't over yet!!

Our family experience has encountered friendly engaged staff, many daily activities, delicious meals.

Took a little bit to get her routine down. The care givers to get to know her. Overall we have had a good experience

[name removed]has been here about 2 months and has good experiences. We had a couple small issues that were taken care of quickly. Over all the staff has been outstanding and show commitment to helping people here. Her room is cleaned daily and bed made. They have activities daily which she likes to participate in. Overall after looking at three different places we are completely satisfied with the care she is getting here at Ashbrook.

The staff were very accommodating at move in, got to know my father immediately, and put a lot of effort into making him feel at home. They even escorted him to the dining room in the beginning to ensure he didn't miss any meals.

Everyone at Volante is kind and so helpful. My mom felt so much at home from the first moment she walked in. That is why she selected Volante to move to.

Staff there is very involved with the residences, they care a lot for the residents. They offer exercising every morning for the residents. They do family things for all the families also. They have lots to do every day if anyone wants to participate. The food is great ! They have excellent chefs on board, Plus they have snacks during the day

The food is good, 4, the staff is polite, organized and attentive, 5, the place is kept neat and clean, 5, there are many activities, 5, the costs are high but reasonable, 4, I could live there.
