We had a very positive experience with The Pinnacle! The staff were so welcoming, kind, patient, and respectful, and it was clear they genuinely cared about the residents. Communication with our family was strong which made us feel right at home and the transition/ process easier!

Every visit I am impressed by how much of a family atmosphere there is! As soon as you walk in, they have a family wall with pictures of resident's and families, and you can tell it is important for the community to feel like a family. We have even come to know some other families during recent Holiday celebrations. I love that they have so many opportunities for us to come and participate.

I recently visited a friend at The Pinnacle and was immediately struck by how warm and friendly everyone was, especially the greeter at the front desk. I attended their holiday party and they had live music, and pictures with Santa so it was a really fun afternoon. The staff was also involved, which was nice, you can tell they really enjoy what they do and take the residents' care seriously. Overall, and I was very impressed with their level of interaction.

I recently toured this memory care community while exploring options for my dad. I am just starting to look for the future, but I was truly impressed by the community. For being an older building, the way it was laid out felt both safe and welcoming, and we saw a lot of staff keeping residents busy. I liked that the interaction we saw seemed very intentional. This community will be one at the top of our list.

I visit a family member at The Pinnacle on a regular basis, and always appreciate how friendly and accessible the staff is. They are always happy to answer any questions, and are always smiling. You can tell they genuinely care about our family and how the residents are doing. We have been extremely happy with the community.

I so enjoyed visiting gram over the holiday. The layout is lovely. Everyone looked clean and well cared for. This makes me happy to know and see for myself. It's just like a little home with each neighborhood. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Thank you to the staff at The Pinnacle for being awesome at what you do!

First, and the thing that sold us on the place when we toured was that all of your residents appeared happy and comfortable there. The multiple dining options The activity schedule And everyone we've met on staff have been consistently nice and always positive. I would and already have recommend Woodland Heights community to other families.

The staff at The Pinnacle of Southaven are incredibly compassionate and truly go above and beyond to make residents feel cared for and respected. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear that they treat each individual with kindness, patience, and dignity. The facility has a welcoming atmosphere, and the team consistently demonstrates professionalism and genuine concern for both residents and their families. Knowing that a loved one is in such capable and caring hands brings great peace of mind. This is a facility I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for quality care and a supportive environment for a loved one.

I can't express enough how thankful we are for the nursing staff. From day one, they've been incredibly supportive in ensuring my brother’s well-being. They take the time to really listen to concerns and always keep me in the loop about his care. The compassion is so evident in everything they do, and it’s clear that they genuinely care about the residents. He is in great hands, and I feel better knowing they are taking great care of him. Thank you for all that you do!

I recently visited a friend who moved to this community, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean, and active the community is. I have never been in a memory care before, but you could tell the staff is very attentive because beds were made, the building was clean, and everyone was very engaged with the residents. Everyone seemed happy and my friend's room was very clean. The other residents were nice to talk with as well. I am looking forward to visiting now that I know I can enjoy an activity with her while I am there.

We have been a part of the Pinnacle family for 4 months. We searched for an assisted living facility after 2 years of managing medical issues on our own. After talking with several people at different centers, we decided to take a tour by video and in person of the Pinnacle. The fact that the staff (Director to Care Tenders of the hallway) showed so much care and support to both of us. The center itself was and continues to be tidy and clean. They truly have the residents well being at heart. There are daily activities to physically and mentally keep the residents active. The Pinnacle has a walking path in the courtyard with an indoor path in the hallways. After 41 years of marriage, it was very difficult to realize this was the safest plan of action. We strongly encourage anyone needing an assisted living facility to take a tour of The Pinnacle of Louisville.

From my first phone call to The Pinnacle, through the days preceding my mom’s move, the actual physical move, and throughout these first two months of transition, I have had nothing but an extraordinary experience. The management was/is highly sensitive to the stress I carried as I made the decision to move my mom. Their encouraging words and positivity helped me navigate my mom’s anger as she adjusted to her new environment. I have been delighted beyond description at how well my, very independent, mom has adjusted despite her initial refusal to do so. The management and entire staff have embraced her as though she was their mom. There has not been a single visit where someone hasn’t called out to her by name and/or given her a hug. I can say with complete sincerity that I could not have made a better choice for my sweet little mom. I feel like she is finally thriving now instead of simply surviving from one day to the next. The Pinnacle truly feels like a loving family.

Of course no facility is perfect but they are darn close. They staff for the most part is wonderful. Very thoughtful and patient with my mom. The food is great, the facility is very clean and the activities are the best. They really do a wonderful job. We have been pleasantly surprised and are so happy that my mom is doing very well there.

It definitely felt more comfortable and inviting. The multiple activities each day and the engagement of the residents by the staff make the transition much easier. The people that work actually care about the residents

It was for Memory Care only. I felt like they were very knowledgeable on the Memory Care patient. During the tour, you could see how they interacted with the residence and it just made us have a good feeling. I love it! They have been absolutely the best!

One of the toughest decisions I ever had to make was to put my sister-in-law who was more like a sister to me in a memory care facility. But when we found the Pinnacle Memory Care I knew our prayers were answered. The staff is awesome. They’re very knowledgeable and very caring. They have helped us and stood by us as a family from day one. I highly recommend Pinnacle memory care!

Attentive staff, my loved one is well cared for, clean, well fed and I have piece of mind she is safe.

The staff and administration have done a great job of keeping us informed and have been very kind and compassionate to my dad there. He is a dialysis patient and they're even so sweet to pack a snack bag for him to take with him to dialysis three times per week. The place is always very clean and smells clean. My dad is happy there and that makes the rest of the family very happy.

Woodland Heights is a very nice place to live. Management and employees are nice and friendly. [name removed] is an excellent executive Director. Whenever I have a problem, or issue, she is always there to solve it. She is very smart and tactful. [name removed] is our activities Director. She is an excellent planner. Her personality is unremarkable. She is nice and helpful. The food here is outstanding. [name removed] manages the kitchen very well. The food is always hot and delicious. The rooms here are very nice. Mine has 10ft ceilings, and plenty of space. The water is good. The air conditioning is awesome. If you are looking for an assisted living facility, put Woodland Heights on your list.

I was hesitant when I had to start looking at memory care, but The Pinnacle truly feels like home. From the first time I came to the community I felt welcomed, and it has a great energy. The residents are happy and engaged, and there are so many outdoor spaces residents and families can enjoy. The receptionist is especially lovely—always friendly and helpful—and the director is hands-on and responsive. I feel so much peace knowing my friend is not only safe, but genuinely loved and looked after, even when I can’t be there.
