We needed to place our sister quickly before discharge from Hospital. [name removed] and [name removed] were very helpful to our family and she is now in good hands! The communication by phone and email was very prompt and the choices offered were very helpful for comparison.

I toured this place and was very pleased with the property the cleanliness and the people. It really was a joy to tour. It is fairly priced but still high for what it offers. Studios are very small, activity rooms aren’t very large, but the gym is very nice and seems to be set up for PT as an option. The staff were amazing, and I even spoke with a few residents who seemed very, very happy.

The folks have are fascinating and fantastic.Our schedule keeps our minds healthy active. We thrive on eating the right foods. The happy atmosphere keeps is going! Our children like is being at The Willows.

The advisor I worked with from A Place for Mom with was very helpful and sent me information that I requested -was very pleasant and courteous and prompt- all of which a person likes to see when working with an agency. It is a very nice place. The food and service are excellent and I find the staff very courteous and helpful whenever I need to engage them.

My 87-year-old Mom moved in to her lovely apt at The Reserve at Lake Austin in [date removed] The Reserve is gorgeous - like a high end boutique hotel. Mom's apt is filled with natural sunlight, views of west Austin cliffs & trees (all units have sunlight & views), and a full sized fridge in the kitchenette and a seemingly new washer/dryer. The staff are warm and friendly and highly competent. The care my mom is receiving is great - she loves the caregivers who bring her meds, check in on her, and keep her apartment clean and laundry done. Everyone seems to know Mom by name - it really feels like a warm community, not just a 'facility.' Staff have always been very responsive to any concerns I've had regarding Mom's needs - Mom feels safe and is well taken care of. The food is terrific - the first meal I had there was a flatbread with goat cheese, arugula, and figs with a balsamic drizzle - not too shabby! My only regret is that I didn't convince Mom to move to The Reserve sooner!

My Mama moved from her farm in Brenham to The Reserve in September of 2025. Amazingly, the transition has been super easy and positive in every way. The staff is incredible, the food is delicious and the community & amenities are wonderful! She is so happy and proud to call The Reserve her home.

My father moved into Artisan about two months ago, and the experience so far has been fantastic. The facility is new and always very clean, the people are very caring and attentive, the food in the dining facility is terrific, and the resident units are big and spacious. At this point, I would absolutely rate it a 10 out of 10. My father‘s unit is especially appealing as it has a nice large window and as with all of the units, he really likes the 10 foot high ceilings. All and all it has been a terrific move for my father and I couldn’t be happier with every aspect of Artisan. If only he had moved in sooner!

This was noy an easy transition for our parents, but everyone at The Reserve has gone out of their way to be kind, welcoming and helpful. The staff work hard to get to know the residents and keep them engaged and happy.

My mother has been a resident at The Reserve at Lake Austin for 18 months, and she loves living there. The leadership staff and caretakers are incredibly kind and loving. The food is always top-notch, and there are plenty of activities to keep her busy. We have been very pleased with the whole experience, and we would highly recommend The Reserve!

My husband resided at The Reserve. The environment, support, quality, responsiveness to questions, resident needs and genuine care was provided to him and extended to his family. There is always a warm welcome.

My parents have lived at The Reserve at Lake Austin for about two years. First, the property is beautifully maintained, the views are great and the interior finishes and design are excellent. The care that they have provided my parents has been just as excellent. Everyone who works at The Reserve is professional, friendly, respectful and caring. They really take the time to get to know each resident personally as well as their families. It’s never a problem when we reach out or need anything. The ability to communicate with the nursing and medical staff has been fantastic and gives us peace of mind that my parents are being so well cared for. It’s not a huge property so everything is very personal. Everyone knows my parents and looks out for them. The front desk staff are great. They are very welcoming and helpful. The restaurant staff know all the residents and greet them by name. The food is good and made fresh to order. The Reserve has been a blessing to our family!

My mother was in a major crisis - both mental and physical. She needed urgent care. I chose the Reserve initially for aesthetic reasons to help her with the transition - it’s beautiful, there’s greenery, the apartment was spacious and modern. But it turned out the aesthetics were just a bonus. The on-site nurses and the loving staff went above and beyond what my mom needed. They demonstrated patience, kindness, and compassionate. We will forever be grateful to the Reserve for helping my entire family, particularly me as the primary caregiver, get thru one of the darkest and most difficult period of our lives.

Staff was always there when needed. The staff were very friendly, courteous, professional, and they treated my mother-in-law as a family member. We weren't just a number, they took the effort to know us.

I recently visited Artisan for my mom and the community really checked every box. She's independent and wants that true independent feel, but for my peace of mind the continuum in same community to assisted living and memory care is so important. The community was vibrant, active and the food was delicious - like a great restaurant. Highly recommend for loved ones of all needs.

The staff is amazing. The on-site empower me program has been especially helpful with PT & OT. They also have gone the extra mile trying to engage mom and communicate with me regarding events going on. Apartment size is great. She's in a 1 bedroom with her cat. Housekeeping comes every other week and does a great job. Food is always good and special events include carving stations. There are a lot of activities. Mom hasn't quite come out of her reclusive state but I have confidence she will participate over time. She has a washer and dryer in her apartment which is one of the selling points for her. She did not want to use a community laundry area.

Everyone that we came into contact with was professional and courteous. They all seemed happy to be there. Lumina was beautiful and clean and seems to be exactly what we’re looking to find for my Mother. I think she will love it here.

The Lumina staff are very welcoming and take time to get to know the families as well as the residents. We also liked the setup of Lumina and how safe it felt for our loved one, especially with the monitoring in every room and in the facility. They also had a lot of activities that kept residents and their families engaged within Lumina and the community.

Lumina Las Vegas has been an excellent choice for my dad's needs. He has dementia and the staff and programs at Lumina have been a welcoming experience. Super friendly staff provide superior care and assistance as needed. The food is high quality and the presentations are much like a quality restaurant. [name removed] and [name removed] make the onboarding a breeze and every care giver and medical tech have been extremely friendly and helpful. While my dad was originally resistant to change, he has settled in very quickly and loves everyone involved in his care.

So far I would give all 5s. We have been very impressed so far.she has only been there one month but all good so far. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Anything we have needed they have been there to help. We also got off the waitlist for a bigger unit quicker than expected and they have been great with the transition,etc.

Our dad, 86, has been a resident for 1 year and he & we love EL. His room is bright and always clean. There is no smell in the halls. The food is great. Everyone on staff smiles and is welcoming. Lots of great activities including daily happy hours. They have trips and bring groups in, have movies and lectures. He does not engage with as many activities as we would like but the ones we have attended with him have been great. Highly recommend Echo Lake to anyone looking for great quality care.
