Overall, I would give them a five. They were very careful to keep [name removed]protected and taken care of. Whenever we wanted to take her out, they were very helpful and took care of her when she got back.

I would answer these all with 5. This is a really nice place, clean, food is good, staff is awesome. We would absolutely recommend the community to others! The rooms are cleaned once a week, laundry is done individually for each resident, hair dresser and nail salon on sight is good for residents. Doctor comes every week. We are very pleased thus far.

We are truly grateful for the wonderful care provided at The Ridge at Grandview. The administrators and entire staff are consistently kind, helpful, and compassionate. Being a smaller facility creates a strong sense of community, and it’s clear how much personal attention and genuine care my mother receives every day. Everyone who works there is understanding, attentive, and passionate about what they do. It is truly a blessing that my mother is able to live there, and our family has great peace of mind knowing she is so well cared for. We are sincerely thankful for all they do.

What we like the most about the Autumn Cove Assisted Living community is that the people there are very welcoming and make you feel part of the community!

Our family member has been a resident of The Club at Wellington for a year. We're pleased with the cleanliness of his new home and the beauty of the outdoor space. Staff members have been welcoming to our entire family. Above all, our father/husband is happy and comfortable because of people who truly care about each resident and enjoy what they do!

I have loved how thoughtful the memory care staff have been for my mother at The Haven in Greensboro, Georgia. They were willing to help me get the best care for my mom. I love how welcoming the staff have been and how quick they are to call when Mom needs to hear from me. The food has looked and been delicious. The staff does a great job allowing mom to be herself and enjoy her new space. She has a lovely room and the staff help her keep it that way. They never know when I'm coming and I'm always treated with a smile. I have higher standards than most since we lost her mom in a memory care unit in Savannah Georgia called Mossy Oaks back in [year removed]. I had a tough time deciding to place my mom in a memory care facility. But the staff have proved that I have made the best decision. Wonderful and caring staff - always friendly and willing to assist with anything. My mom is cared for and loved. If you are looking for a place then look no farther because they truly are the best at making everything as to close to being at home as possible. I have had nothing but great experience with facility.

We have been very pleased with The Residence at Oak Grove. It is a beautiful, spotless facility with amazing, caring staff! They are always going places and doing things. The meals are delicious. The level of professionalism with the staff is outstanding!

I would rate each of these a 5. I think it is a wonderful place for seniors. Small enough for good care. Very clean. Friendly and caring staff.

Facility is nice. Very clean, and feels like home. Nice layout, not to complicated. I love the dinning room. The staff are all great people. They definitely treat my mom with respect, but they are also nice and pleasant with the other patients as well. They always great my mom with a kind word and smile. The look out for her interest. They are firm but not pushy. And they seem to care about and understand what my mom is going thru. Let me talk more on value for the money. Overall they are nice, professional and they take very good care of my mom. Friendliness is important but overrated. Not everyone is friendly. But they are nice and professional. This is a great place. They make sure mom is taken care of. A few of the staff which are not friendly, still make sure all of the clients are taken care of and don't want for anything.

One level for all levels of care available. Very clean and administration easy to work with on difficult decisions.

The staff and the residents at Oaks at Fayetteville are all very friendly, courteous, pleasant, and make you feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this facility to others looking for care for a loved one.

If your family member is still able to get around and can perform daily tasks with some assistance, the Oaks at Cedar Shoals is a great option. It is well run and the staff are very loving and caring towards all of the residents.

We moved my grandmother to Proveer at Grand View about 6 months ago. She seems happier and more cognizant then I have seen her in several years. The staff is wonderful. I bring my children to visit their great grandmother and they know us by name. We recently went to an Easter egg hunt that they had there. The residents loved watching all the children run around gathering eggs. My grandmother’s living space is beautiful. She has a lovely view of the mountains. They have great activities for the residents; performers, crafts, games, Bible study, salon days, and so on. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for an assisted living facility…. Oh and she loves the food there!

Our family has been using Proveer at Grand View since 2023 and the staff has been amazing. We initially used a consultant to help us with placement into a memory care unit. He highly recommended them and they became our first choice. [name removed] helped us through this difficult transition with kindness and she was always available for questions. [name removed] the head nurse has been helpful with every step and also very reassuring when we had questions. Additionally, [name removed] in charge of activities has been such a wonderful help. I wouldn't want to leave a review without mentioning the food. The chef at Proveer makes the most appetizing meals. Whenever I am visiting during meal times I feel like the food quality is country club level cuisine.

Our mother moved into Proveer about 9 months ago. It was a big change for her at 92 coming from her own home. I remember [Name Removed] who we first met with asked “What do you want for your mother?” I wanted her to find a place where she would be safe and happy. I hoped she could make a few friends and have some fun activities during her day. I can say that has definitely been met at Grande View. Mother’s faith is also extremely important to her and they have been great to meet that need through several added activities. [Name Removed] is the activities director and has done an excellent job. She knows her residents and desires to give them opportunities to have fun while helping them cognitively etc…. No place is perfect but they have listened when I have had a concern to come up. I absolutely love that it is smaller than most other places which has allowed for Mother and me to get to know her new community I have and would recommend Proveer at Grande View. Karen B.

This summer my grandmother will have been a resident at Proveer for a year. We are so thankful! She has made friends and established a healthy and fun routine. The staff cares deeply for the residents. There is great peace of mind knowing she is somewhere that is safe and full of love. We are thankful for Proveer!

My grandmother moved from out of state to Proveer 6 months ago. Her quality of life is so much better! She enjoys socializing with other residents and attending activities. We are so happy knowing she is somewhere safe. The staff are so friendly and kind every time I visit!
