The assigned team of caregivers were well prepared and capable of providing the care she needed throughout the stages of her incapacity. Very respectful of the family’s wishes and we partnered well as a cohesive team. There were a few slips in coverage where a caregiver had an unexpected absence. This was very rare and did not cause hardship. Also so glad Home Instead was submitting the required paperwork to our long term care insurance company.
