Communication. I would rank that as somewhere around 2.5. We liked their Willingness to perform just about anything asked of them. I'd like to see more consistency in care givers. We've had at least one new person every week. We had one care giver that we really liked and was here as requested and then two weeks ago we got a new care giver (literally his first day) and got told he would be that days shift always now and we no longer have the one we really liked. There was miscommunication from the beginning about billing, but that has been resolved. And on the first bill there was a $[removed] fee for starting the service which we were never told about. There have been several things that either have or have not occurred that we have been surprised as never discussed. But I understand the person that we interviewed with is no longer with the company. Like time and a half pay on holidays. That was never discussed so you can imagine my surprise when it showed up on our bill.
