Money Driven, Do NOT Recommend, Keep Looking!
No longer at Arbor Palms, actually spent less than 3 months there before they doubled the cost and priced us out.
They need to be honest! They got us in, deposit, security, 1st month, all while knowing what their plan was to be.
They are just financially driven.

My parents have both passed away since I placed them in Arbor Palms of Anaheim, I would not recommend Arbor Palms of Anaheim. Definitely not a place that I would recommend. I would say a 0 at best, would not even give them a 1

lack of care, not a good place for a loved one, terrible experience
My mom fell in the facility, broke her hip and was transported to the hospital for surgery. She went to skilled nursing for rehab after that, and on the same day she was scheduled to return to Arbor Palms. They advised me that she is no longer welcome and you have to clean her room out. I had to scramble to find another place quickly. Arbor Palms sucks.

Bait and switch
I can't believe it... My mom moved in on [date removed], and now they're raising the rent from $[removed] to $[removed]overnight. They didn't even bother to inform me about this increase, not through email, not through mail. This company is just... the absolute worst. I'm so upset, I even had to call Adult Protective Services on them. There are so many people who won't be able to afford this sudden hike in rent. It's just a terrible place for seniors to live. There's absolutely no compassion for the elderly.

Clean and Friendly, but Pricey
My father-in-law has really thrived at Arbor Palms Senior Living. He enjoys the meals, the staff are friendly, the laundry is handled appropriately, and the room is clean. The facility is inviting and the staff have always been welcoming. Unfortunately, the facility is under new management and they saw fit to increase the cost by 75%, which priced us out. The only communication was the 60 day notice which we received via email. it is super disappointing as I would have absolutely recommended this facility to anyone. I understand that it is a business, and I hope that it doesn't have a detrimental effect on the other residents. We are having to relocate my father-in-law after only a couple of months of being here.

My Tour Experience at Arbor Palms Senior Living
The inside of the community was nice. The issue we had was there was no ability to really enjoy the outdoors, as the community is on a busy street. Our loved ones enjoy being outdoors.

Our family had an in person tour and we would give the Arbors a 4 star. It appeared clean and well run but felt closed off (most likely because of the dementia guest on the 1st floor). It also had less than ideal parking and was on a busy street.

I would recommend the community based on cleanliness and friendliness. I haven't had any issues with staff communication. The community does serve three meals a day. There is a set menu; however, if the resident would prefer something different they can certainly order something different.

A nice community with friendly staff
We have had no issues at all with Arbor Palms it has been a great experience, our family is really happy and our loved one seems to be very happy. He is enjoying being able to be around other residents and the staff do a good job keeping our loved ones room really clean. Based on our experience we would recommend Arbor Palms Senior Living to other families.

Needs improvement
When we moved her in the bath room was disgusting. Roommate hadn't flushed toilet, it was full of waste and obviously been like that for days, trash can over flowing with waste toilet paper. I was shocked .
