This community provides medication administration. We can administer a sliding scale program to monitor insulin levels via glucose tests, and adjust medications based on the results. Our weight limit for assisted lifts and single-person transfers is 0 lbs. Wound care is available. Services include incontinence care for bladder-related and bowel-related symptoms. Services for residents with Disorientation/Lack of Awareness issues ensure residents are well-directed (using queuing, for instance) and supported in a healthy lifestyle - nobody falls between the cracks.
