When we pushed back on having him medicated heavily, the facility gave us a 30 day notice. We lost the [fee removed] community fee we had paid them and were back at square one. When we toured Avalon, it was like night and day difference. They are Memory Care only and for my dad, that was game changing! They are so experienced and their staff is specifically trained to care for people with Dementia. The Director is so kind and compassionate. The owners work there full-time to help with caregiving and ensure things are running smoothly.
