Care services include diabetic care, incontinence care, medication management, and activities of daily living. Residents are encouraged to make new friends, participate in enriching activities, and enjoy delicious food. Residents will live in a wheelchair-accessible studio apartment that is outfitted with various safety features and housekeeping amenities that keep their space tidy and safe.</p> <p>At Azura Memory Care of Manitowoc, residents are served three nutritious meals per day in the community dining room. In between meal times, residents may try their hand at a number of planned activities such as games, arts and crafts projects, exercise programs, and more.</p> <h3>State Classification</h3> <p>Azura Memory Care of Manitowoc is a <em>community based residential facility (CBRF)</em>, which in the state of Wisconsin is a facility that provides care, treatment, and other services to five or more unrelated adults who need supportive or protective services or supervision.
