The staff kept me updated on things going on with mom even if it was late in the evening. It took a few months for the long term care insurance issues to fall into place, but it did eventually. I think that the one thing that was frustrating was that once my mom had moved in, the communication with both the Executive Director and Assistant Executive Director had kind of fallen by the wayside in that replies to my emails were not answered very much so whenever I went to visit mom, I would drop by their office if they were there and get my questions answered. But aside from that, I was happy with the care and the professionalism the staff exhibited. They checked in with my mom a lot, despite being very busy.
