What family would leave their loved ones here?
[removed] I started getting bit in the winter, but I didn't know what it was. I'm from Texas. Bedbugs are new to me. I kept hunting mosquitos. In April, I began to figure it out. I made my first complaint on [date removed]. The procedure is, to send [name removed], our awesome maintenance technician to inspect and treat. The thing is, I have not allowed an infestation to occur in my bedding. It's covered in bedbug powder. As so the floor beneath the bed. They are coming from a nasty neighbor(s). They climb the wall and then make their way to my pillows. I woke up last night at 2 am being bit on my back. I saw the bug but didn't have time to grab my phone to film it. I have used an ENTIRE bottle of Ortho bedbug powder just to stop the bites. Their approach to this issue is not treated with the slightest sense of urgency whatsoever. I have pictures that look like I have chicken pox, but no video or picture of a bug which is what they want to see before they believe you it seems.

Frequently Asked Questions
about Columbine Towers

A Place for Mom has scored Columbine Towers 1 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.

We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.

Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
