However, the building where my loved one resides appears to be somewhat short-staffed, and it seems that an additional team member would make a big difference. Some staff appear to be working extra hours and covering multiple roles, which can make it challenging for them to respond quickly when several residents need help at the same time. Meals could also be improved-portions are on the smaller side, and dinner often consists of lighter options such as sandwiches. I make sure there is some additional food available in the room, though not all residents have that flexibility.
