Very good home care service
Dignity at Home Senior Care has such friendly people working there, and even though the cost of things is expensive the value is fair. We would recommend this home care service to other families.

Inexperienced staff, unprofessional company
As an active duty service member, it was important for me to find a company I could trust to care for my father because I am far from home. My mom is my dad’s sole caretaker and it was taking a toll on her; she needed help. Hiring Dignity at Home Care was the worst decision I could have made. My dad has dementia and needs consistency. [name removed] promised to rotate two caretakers trained in dementia care. He said if neither of them could be there, he’d personally cover down. This didn’t happen. Instead, new people constantly showed up, which was even more concerning because of COVID. Sometimes, no one show up at all or [name removed] would text to cancel on us with less than an hour notice. When his staff did bother to show up, they weren’t trained. They did no activities with him; they couldn’t even properly clean my dad. One even admitted she was actually a receptionist and had zero experience with dementia care. I do not recommend Dignity at Home Care. I’m saddened by how they treated my dad.
