The location is terrific; love Kerrville, especially for the art and music options. Always something to do in the community. Love also that it's on the edge of town and there's so very much open space and around the property. The Gualupe River and trail are huge onuses. \n\nIt has totally been up to us choosing where we wanted to live, our family had no real say.
