For nature lovers, a visit to the Kentucky River or Carroll County Park can be a great day out. Fairview Place is just twenty minutes north of Louisville and 45 minutes south of Cincinnati, meaning seniors and their families are not too far from bigger excursions.</p> <h3>Services and Amenities</h3> <p>Fairview offers a range of services for seniors depending on their wants and needs. Residents have 24-hour access to trained staff. Staff is also available to help with medication administration, housekeeping, or transportation if needed. Meals prepared on site are available three times a day in the hospitality room along with snacks.</p> <p>While seniors are free to come and go, Fairview Place offers many services on site, including a full service salon, exercise room, library, laundry room, and more. Residents of Fairview Place can also participate in different activities planned by the community. Activities are designed to support overall health and fitness by increasing mental capacity, improving healing, increasing balance, and more.</p> <h3>Living Arrangement</h3> <p>Residents have a variety of alcove-style apartments to choose from with six different floorplan options offered. Apartments sizes vary from studio to one- and two-bedroom apartments. Kitchenettes with microwaves and refrigerators, private bathrooms, and walk-in closets are in each apartment. Residents will be able to keep their keepsakes safe in a locked security drawer built in the apartment. Seniors can bring their own furniture and decorations to make the space their own.</p> <h3>State Classification</h3> <p>Fairview Place Senior Living Community is an <em>assisted living community</em>, which in the state of Kentucky is a series of living units on the same site to provide services for five (5) or more adult persons.
