Applying and moving in was a breeze. They made sure I knew that sometimes it takes a while to get drs. Paperwork. Therefore, I knew to be on top of that. My husband loves the food and has made friends. The caregivers are amazing. The only reason for my rating is because the pharmacy transition has been a struggle. There were some missed medications and his B12 shot was late due to this. But all has worked out and we are now good to go. He's very happy there.

The place was lovely and very much like a collage campus. The staff was warm and welcoming. Residents we spoke to were happy there.we decided it was not a fit for my mother because of the mobility issue. To get around the complex, one must go outside.She could not tolerate the heat.Food was good with nice size portions.

The two bedroom unit was perfect, nice having a second space to store stuff. The storage room on the deck was converted to a spot men like to putter around in. Too bad there were no laundry hookups like many of the other rooms. Mom had troubles understanding the laundry room schedule and avoided doing laundry. Make sure residents understand the food is wonderful, so many options, but if the resident is tired, lacking motivation or unable to make friends easily, the trek to food options wasn't handy. The second hand store was wonderful, Mom loved it.

The tour of Glencroft and the apartments was great, as was the wonderful lunch. I think that, the price, and the on campus clinic, convinced my sister- in-law to want to live there. Staff is friendly and helpful, and all the residents we spoke with seemed happy there. I was impressed with the number and variety of activities, the gym, and pool, although I don't think my sister- in-law participates or uses them. Although the facility is a bit dated, the price was amazing for all the amenities you get! The one bedroom apartment was roomy and very nice, with updated flooring and staff were responsive to my sister-in-law requests upon move-in. I would highly recommend Glencroft.

Glencroft is not a warehouse for the old. Lots to do here, lots of people to interact with and a nice variety of good food to enjoy. Most of the staff are really pleasant and friendly and always helpful. The grounds are nicely kept and feature mature trees and grass.

All the neighbors are positive about Glencroft. They are friendly and we care about and care for each other. So many activities are offered. Church is right on campus. Health care is right on campus. Blood draws, x-rays, etc are done in casitas! Even haircuts can be done in homes.

My brother lives there! Everyone there is very kind. He eats in their restaurants almost everyday, the food is good. They have a lot of activities available if you choose to participate. A big thumbs up!

My sister and I moved Mom to Glencroft in[Date Removed]. I was and still am impressed with the Staff and amenities there. The options for meals, the thrift store, the library, Sunday services and the size of her beautiful two bedroom unit made her short, last three months wonderful. She said " People come here to live, not die". I would highly recommend Glencroft to anyone seeking a worry free, opportunity rich place to live in their golden years.

[name removed] was a great help to me and my family. She walked us around the facility and was very attentive to our needs. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Glencroft has so many great things to offer and I would feel at ease to have my parents reside there.

[name removed] the Senior Advisor was extremely cordial and informative. She listened to all my criteria and my background on [name removed]. She took me in a golf cart to tour the Activities Center which was very wonderful. However, I was looking for a l bedroom in Memory Care, but the only had two choices. One small room with communal shower priviliges and one slightly larger room but no one bedrooms. [name removed] is specificially interested in a one bedroom and I know he would not be happy in a smaller place so I will have to cross off Glencroft as my place of choice.

The friendliness of the community in the Memory Care unit at Glencroft is remarkable—everyone truly feels welcome. Whether you’re a resident or a visitor, you are encouraged to join in: eat with your family, participate in activities like cookie decorating, singing, or coloring, and even bring treats for everyone. The staff is thoughtful and always keeps us informed if certain residents have dietary restrictions. Residents are encouraged to gather in the “dayroom” to socialize and visit with each other. Glencroft may not be the newest facility, but it genuinely feels like home. My dad was 60 when I was born, and I spent a lot of time visiting his friends in similar communities. My mom encouraged me to volunteer, starting with the “Little Sisters of the Poor,” and over the years, I’ve seen many friends live in these places. Some are modern and lovely, and while they say “welcome,” it’s rare to hear the personal touch of someone asking, “Hi, how are you doing?” At Glencroft, that warmth is part of everyday life.

All 5s. We are so happy we moved to Glencroft after living our first 80 years in Michigan. Everyone is positive and helpful. Neighbors are so nice in orienting us to what is happening and where to find activities. The motto here is to help folks stay independent as long as possible. Our casita is 1150 square feet. Truly a "little house. "

What we like the most about the community is that there are a lot of activities and exercise classes, etc for the residents. Yes, we would recommend Glencroft Center to other families. They do have a very friendly and helpful staff!

The move in process was smooth. My parents have been there a year now. I'm very pleased with Glencroft. It's an older facility, but I feel they keep on top of maintenance & are in the process of making many improvements at this time. The staff is very nice!! The biweekly cleaning service is great. Having an onsite medical office is great too! I had so much help during the initial tour of Glencroft & with the move in process. My parents like the variety of choices. Diabetic & gluten free options would be helpful. There are plenty of options for activities both on campus & off. Glencroft is an excellent option for seniors on a very fixed budget.

I had reached out to them previously so when I was given the information for different places the rep. that I spoke with previously reached out to me and told me about the other places they had and gave me and my father a tour. He loves it and it came with many perks.

When something in her room needs attention, they are super fast responding and solving the problem. I appreciate the temporary use of portable A/C unit when hers was on the fritz.
