The hospital is not set up to handle longer term care issues.\nI live in California so it was necessary to communicate by phone with the staff at Haven Health Prescott by phone.\nI found that staff to be very helpful in a very stressful time, and believe that their care for my Mother is to be praised.\nTheir Social Worker was more than helpful in managing everything from ensuring that the Medicare benefits were managed correctly, to helping me keep up to date on that status of my Mother, and providing resources for in-home services when that was the direction things took.\nOverall, I would like to thank the staff for the time they spent with my Mother…it really is a difficult job that you have to be cut out for.\nThank you","reviewerDisplayName":"Scott","experienceTypeId":4,"experienceTypeName":"I'm a loved one of a resident or client"}],"parentOrgReview":{"name":"","averageReviewScoreDisplay":0,"communityCount":0,"reviewCount":0}},"communityName":"Haven Health Prescott","leadgenCompleted":false}
