The only thing that I found that's downfall is the communication between staff, specifically regarding patient's medication's and appointments and medical needs. Makes me feel like they're still working out a few kinks and they seem new to this type of environment. Otherwise no complaints.\nThe property is absolutely gorgeous. It gives you the feel of being in a high end, upscale New York City hotel with a Homie loving environment. It's extremely clean and well kept. And there are outdoor areas for residence and families to visit.
