My dad's walker kept snagging on the boards. He counted over 2 dozen spots where it was curling up. So they had to replace the boards. So they had to move back in with us until it was repaired. The director said he'd give them free food the month of February because of the inconvenience. Then the next week, the heaters were making strange noises so they had to replace those. (They got to stay there though). Then my dad went to pay the bill for February and he said it went up [fee removed] instead of down.
