This frequently causes being short staffed, especially in the dining room and in housekeeping.\n\nThe facility is nice, but old and in need of repair in some areas. For example, there are several hallways with very large screens that are in serious need of repair. They are detached from the molding and allow insect to enter the hallways. These windows are up two stories high, and the administrator advised a hydraulic lift would be needed to replace the screens. Apparently, they are unable to find a hydraulic lift or to find a service who could provide help.\n\nBus service to area churches on Sunday has been discontinued. The a/c on the bus is broken, so no field trips. These things have been very disappointing. I do not know why repair is delayed, unless there is a lack of funds.\n\nI will say the grounds here are beautiful and beautifully maintained.
