small community private home; unimpressed with the care level, but my relative is advanced in age and needs more care than less at this time in his life.

Would not recommend facility

Do not recommend this facility to anyone. My father was in the facility for about 6 months and the food was awful as well as the service. The meals consisted of chicken, tuna and egg salad and Cheerios. No nutritious food given. The husband of the owner-Donald was compassionate and caring to Dad and especially made him comfortable during his last days on the earth. He truly cared for my father and I am grateful for this. Only wished the care and the food would have stayed or improved like it presented itself in the first month of Dads stay. For the money spent-it was not worth it. Too expensive.
