Wonderful Experience!

Just moved mom in a few weeks ago, straight from rehab, and downsized from her assisted living home. It is an adjustment for her, but she really loves her new home. Robin and her staff are wonderful, and very caring with mom and the other residents. I feel at peace knowing mom has someone right there to assist her quickly when needed. And, it is about $2,000 less a month than her assisted living facility. We are very lucky to find such a nice place so quickly, with the help of Sarah at A Place For Mom!

Mountain View Adult Care Home

About the facility

Tucked into the horseshoe of the Phoenix Mountains, Mountain View Adult Care Center is surrounded by desert vistas in a comfortable residential neighborhood, dotted with palm trees and cactus. With assisted living and memory care services, the community provides comforting amenities in a homelike setting. From relaxing common spaces to a vibrant urban environment, Mountain View offers residents the freedom to live an easy and active lifestyle.

The spacious yard provides room for residents to enjoy some comfort in the shade, or a vigorous stroll about the fenced perimeter. Residents can relax on the covered patio with a good book or enjoy the company of friends. A leisurely walk along the wide, peaceful sidewalks is a perfect activity for cool summer evenings. The smaller setting and personalized care at Mountain View is a good alternative to larger, impersonal senior care facilities. There are numerous health care providers nearby and the community is close to top-rated hospitals, including Abrazo Scottsdale Campus and HonorHealth Scottsdale Shea Medical Center.

Mountain View is near many of Phoenix’s attractions and dining options, so there are always opportunities for something to do. Go for a hike or just take in the scenic views at North Mountain Park and...

This worries me.

Seems like a nice house,...BUT no one ever answers the phone!!!! I call mornings noon and evenings!!! One person on duty. One. For six people. My friend has bed sores because they don't want to put her in a chair because it's only safe to do if you have two people. She finally got a lift but almost 3 weeks in bed without getting out of bed!!! It seems nice and does not smell at all but they need an extra person at the very least.
