About the facility

New Option Elderly Living #1 is a senior living care home nestled in a residential neighborhood. Located in the suburb Renton, Washington, the community is less than 20 miles southeast of Seattle.

The community has a six resident occupancy with cozy wheelchair-accessible private bedrooms. Additionally, bathrooms include roll-in showers and raised toilet seats. All caregivers must be certified nurse assistants, CPR trained, and specialize in mental health and dementia. Qualified caregivers are trained in a variety of care types including care for Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s disease and other types of dementia, diabetes management, and more. Caregivers can also provide medication management services and administer insulin. Seniors have access to a wheelchair-accessible van to help them attend local doctor’s appointments.

Three times a day home-cooked meals are served in the family-style dining room surrounded by vibrant walls. From music therapy to celebrations, the community offers a variety of activities. If activities do not entice your loved one, they can spend the day soaking up the sun on the outdoor patio and yard.
