Unfortunately I signed the contract under daress as the hospital wanted her discharged that very day. The staff forgot to give me a copy of the contract and I had to ask for it after she passed away. I was hoping some of the [removed] would be refunded due to such a short stay with only a little care, but the contract stated NO REFUNDS for any reason. The staff said to call the owner. The owner NEVER picked up or returned my calls. I just wanted to ask her in person about possible refunds of just part of it to help with burial expenses, but she showed no respect by screening my calls. Honestly would have been fine if she just told me herself that no refund would be given. I felt unimportant and disrespected when my call was not returned.
