Mgr needs to be less doctrinaire and punitive.\n\nPositively:\nThere is a small food pantry (started and maintained by residents, not staff). Friendly residents for the most part. As a senior facility, let's face it: lots of gossip! Also the apartments themselves are pretty nice, though some have problems getting repairs.
