Horrible place..proceed with caution

From the time I moved in it was problems. For some odd reason the apartments decided to put cameras up facing my door and car. The property manager stated it was for high traffic in the park area from years ago but why wait and put them up when I move in and point it at my door and vehicle? I was also giving a false violation that was never acted on because it was false! I was supposed to send in documents that was stated in that false violation. I never sent them to the office because the violation itself was false. Once the time expired when I was supposed to send in the documents nothing ever happened because the property manager knows she lied. Also make sure you communicate through email. The property manager will tell you one thing. Just check their Google reviews. While all their reviews, there are more bad reviews than good ones. Take heed to that. Proceed with cautious before moving in.

Frequently Asked Questions about Parkwood Apartments

  • A Place for Mom has scored Parkwood Apartments 1 out of 10 using our proprietary review score. We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care. Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
