We have had our fair share of failures of plumbing, electrical, fire alarm alerts but they respond in a timely manor. We find things are not built like the used too. Welcome to 2026. Our rental arrangements are in line with competition. We like the fact , we do not have a buy in. Month to month works out just fine for us. Our food program is OK. Our chef is trying very hard to please us but with 150 residents, it's always a work in progress. It was just announced we will have whole turkey brunch once a month. Prime rib the rest. Lastly, we now have an in house pharmacy and health care available.
