Security Issue
Lately, there has been an issue with no security during the weekends causing concerns for my elderly parent. There have been roaming of personnel in hallways during late evenings on weekdays which doors are being tried for entry into apartments. During the day when personnel is there has its rewards. Need cameras in hallways or operational ones working for reporting.

The building manager Suzanne and her ...
The building manager Suzanne and her staff are amazing. If there ate any problem they are fixed immeaditly. Suzanne knows everyone by name and the names of the residents children and grandchildren. My father has made so many friends in less than a week and there a lot of things to do like playing pool my father hasn't done in years.

Didn't like the feel here
We toured this location when we were looking into care options for our loved one. This was a nice enough looking place, and the staff were friendly, however I just wasn't a fan of it, something about the feel was off. It didn't have as homey as feel as other places we looked at.
