The food menu changes with the season and I have not heard any complaints from mom. The activities and outings offered are just perfect for engaging the residents to socialize. Management staff is always available and respond for any concern. I have even had a response to a minor question on a national holiday from the site director. She was used to a very large balcony overlooking a major river and sitting there was important to her. Now she has a large patio with chairs, plants and a bird feeder which she really loves. She is very withdrawn and opinionated but has really gotten into weekly manicures and Happy Hour. The staff does a wonderful job of trying to encourage her to do things. The head of activities is great and really tries to get my mom involved. The executive director is very hands on and is always there. The care givers are all wonderful.
