Everything was wonderful there. Although my sister didn't want to go into an assisted living facility she still loved the treatment she got. My sister could be difficult at times but the staff was always patient and kind to her. I highly recommend this facility for any family looking for a place for Mom or Dad.

When my sister and I reached the time when we had to find a safe place for our mom to live, we knew we wanted an assisted living home that was close to where we lived so we could visit her often. We also wanted a place that was clean and well maintained. An assisted living home that offered activities and opportunities for social interaction so she could join in if she wanted. She had been living alone and lost interest in eating, so a place that provided a variety of nutritious meals was also on our list for what we wanted in a home for our mom . Quality Care met all of what we wanted and more. The caregivers are very capable and attentive to the needs of the residents. They’ve gone above and beyond to make sure we are aware of any needs our mom may have. We highly recommend Quality Care.

Our brother [name removed] was a resident at Quality Care for the past year, until his recent passing. The owner, [name removed], the administration, health care aides, and support staff were genuinely caring and supportive of both [name removed]and our family. They were always responsive and communicative with us about any concerns or issues we had. They provided many activities and services for the residents and the families, and the facilities and property were top-notch. We looked at other facilities in the area, we found Quality Care to be the best in the area! We are happy [name removed] spent his final year there. You can't go wrong

My dad is currently a resident at Quality Care of Howell. Every time I have visited, my dad's place is neat and well taken care of. The move was difficult because we needed a place rather quickly for my dad, but his room is very nice and it seems like the staff are caring as well. I would definitely highly recommend this facility to others.

The care services, meals, activities and value for cost are also great. [Name removed] is a very genuine person and cares very much for his residents. It is difficult to find the right words to express my gratitude and appreciation for the level of care that is provided to each resident at Quality Care Howell. From day one administration and care providers created an environment of safety, kindness, support and seemed to make it their role to know the needs of each and every resident and to provide individualized care accordingly. Quality Cares goal is to help residents feel secure, special and a part of a larger Quality Care "family". The facility and accommodations are lovely and spacious. I have always observed an immaculate level of cleanliness. There are various amenities, i.e. meal program, have clean laundry, library, salon, holiday parties, etc. We could not have found a more perfect fit for my mom. If you are considering assisted living for a loved one, I would highly encourage that you explore the options at Quality Care of Howell.

Don't let the 4 1/2 stars fool you...[name removed] is a micro-manager (son of the owner) and this b.s. about them caring about the residents so much is a total fabrication. Their only interest is MONEY first, and MONEY second! If you're looking to die of starvation, come here...I have to push myself to eat their slop...it is the worst cooking (that's a stretch) I have ever seen. The have three cooks with zero years of culinary experience. High turnover of employees...if you have no ethics work here. Seniors, don't waste your time on this place. The facility looks nice, but don't let the looks fool you.

This is hands down the nicest assisted living facility in Livingston County. They are relatively new so still working out some kinks - mainly with caregiver turnover, from what I can tell, but let's face it - this is an extremely difficult and draining job. I can honestly say that my mother received very good care at QC. The director is very, very hands-on and wears a lot of hats. The food is very thoughtfully planned and the facility is well-kept. The only reason I did not give an overall rating of 5 stars is because I do wish they had a larger staff of caregivers, HOWEVER, I know this is difficult to do in this business. Also, I should mention that the staff works well with the resident's families.

The care of this community is wonderful. We like that the community is clean and they have nice menu and she is please with the nice variety. They do have activities of the list of activiites that is has been offered to participate. We would have been happy with this community for the good care and the value for my mom. We like the size of the community that makes my mom comfortable.
