QP will offer sign-on deals but don't feel that pressure. They offer them regularly. The programming discussed on the tours happens primarily in the main areas and is available to memory care patients only if family members take them. The memory care wing is very limited on concerts and special events. There is a clause in the paperwork that requires 30 day notice to vacate: INCLUDING IN THE EVENT OF DEATH. We were stuck with a full month of facility fee because mom died a few days before the new month. Very very disappointed no one pointed this out when mom was in decline. However, staff was loving and patient and should have an award for putting up with all of the families! They truly wept when mom died and that moved me.
