They always addressed any issue that I might have had concerning his well being. They were the ones that notified me as to bringing in Hospice, and they were very caring in that part. Very nice and roomy, they did have a great activities program that had music days & nights.

My family's experience

The overall experience well when I first wrote them a check for first month she informed me there is [fee removed] dollar deposit non refundable. The staff were good People. The room size was fine. She actually got me out of a bind of a place to go when I left hospital. It kind a rushed me out when it was time to leave. Food portions were way too little. She had a bed sore when she left hospital not to bad. They brought a wound care doctor to tend to the sore on her back. They told me it was getting better. When I left and took her to the new place they said you can smell it it was terrible they put it at stage 2 at rose hill but it was stage 4. They immediately sent her to hospital to get it looked at.
