Toured. Good neighborhood. Clean, older. Decent size private room. Large backyard landscaped area. Note: current residents seem to have low to very low capabilities including probable low to no sociability. Probably best for same type of person. For 11 days, staff is a friendly Asian live-in couple, one may be challenged a bit with English. They get 3 days off every 2 weeks. They look tired! Cost quoted was in $2,000's. 2.5-3 Star.

We went over there but the lady that was supposed to meet us there wasn't there. We waited like 20 minutes and we were pressed for time. I didn't like that it had a bathtub and you had to step over the wall of the bathtub to get into the shower. They were just setting it up. They had one resident there that was a younger woman with a disability.

This really was not a good community. Just wasn't what we were looking for. They had junk out in the backyard and really wasn't as clean as it should be. Overall we were just not impressed with this home and decided not to move here.
