The care my husband received has been just great. He needs help with bathing and with getting to the restroom. Response time to his calling for assistance has been very good except for one time when we waited over 20 minutes. Staff are very friendly and seem genuinely concerned about the residents. The flavors of food served at meals has been good, but you frequently have to wait 20 minutes to receive it, and by then it is often only luke warm. Like most businesses, Silver Ridge struggles to find and retain staff, but I know they try very hard to provide quality services with the staff they have. This assisted living facility was significantly less expensive than others we looked at. I am very, very pleased with the service we receive for the rent we pay. Our apartment is lovely. There's lots of natural light plus overhead lighting.
