Overall we are very happy with the care and accommodation she has!
The staff have been wonderful and consistently communicate any needs or concerns they may have with Mom-Mom.
Mom-Moms concern has been the speed in response when she pushes her button but we believe it's her requesting immediate response not taking into consideration that the staff may be helping/assisting another resident. She also added that the food has changed recently and it's not as good as it was.

Management is penny wise and pound foolish
Management has turned a very nice "opulent level" community into a merely ordinary community.
They could have introduced a new level, new concept of senior living and been a trail blazer. Instead they have chosen to be penny wise and pound foolish.

Looks nice on the surface
A peek behind the curtain! This corporation is for profit only. Educate yourself before going into Spring Hill. Staff goes into rooms anytime, items disappear and nothing is being done as Spring Hill says it will.
The poor staff is always turning over due to lack of pay. Residents have to be able to care for themselves on a cognitive and mobile ability or find another facility. Our experiences with this location is. poorly run, understaffed, doctors don’t show up and no one returns calls. You physically have to fight for a parent who is paying astronomical monthly fees. No one does what they say they will!

Horrible experience. It's great for independent living, but not assisted living. Doctors don't show up or return calls. Nurses always too busy no call backs. Rooms not vacuumed and cleaned as promised. They also screwed us out of money.

A community of new friends and family
[name removed] and [name removed] are incredible and show genuine care for not only the residents but their families. Absolutely would recommend this community to others! During our initial tours some of the residents even expressed how much they liked it there. Felt good knowing it wasn't a "show" they were putting on.

From the front office, front desk, all of the caregivers and maintenance, they were all very nice, loving and care to my mom. (Even on her bads days when she could be difficult)I would definitely recommend Springhills to anyone and everyone.

Spring Hills Cherry Hill experience
Overall the facility is fine. A little tired in some places but located in a central easy accessible area.
Staff overall was wonderful to us. Very helpful and caring. That is all of the staff, housekeepers, aids and nurses. Especially the last week and after Donna passed. I remained for about two weeks and everyone was caring and kind to me.
I would return if my health and condition warranted.

Spring Hills is Worth the Look
I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff and residents have been very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The community was upfront with the information we requested and there were no surprises along the way.
The staff communication with the family has been very good. They are responsive to our questions and they have been proactive in reaching out when they need to let us know about our loved one.

Highly recommend
My father really likes it here. He likes the people and his apartment a lot. There are a lot of turnover issues with the staff - a lot of people are quitting recently, but that has been our only complaint. Moving here changed his life and our life for the better. I would definitely recommend Spring Hills Cherry Hill.

Our family had an in person tour and the staff members were very very helpful, everyone we met with was fantastic. The facility itself was wonderful but we were just not interested in the memory care part of it - it was to smaller. However if she was able to live on the assisted living side we think it would of been a phenomenal place

tour of spring hills
we toured this community and found it very nice. it was actually our second choice. it had a hotel type of feel, as in it was very big. while spring hills did offer religious services, it was not for the practice of my loved ones preference. we chose another community because this one was also further away from family.

Best Long Term Care Place in the Area
I would recommend that your loved one be able to speak to the caretakers. It would be nice for the staff to be able to care for the hygiene of my loved one more frequently without having to be asked. The community is very friendly and beautifully decorated inside.

Better Than Expected
This is a nice looking community, but don't expect the costs to be what they say they are. The fee starts as a flat rate, and then it goes up based on the individual's care needs.
The price point compared to the competition is better, along with the community. There was several leadership staff changes right after my loved one moved in, and this lead to chaos for my loved one and myself.
The people that are here now, they try to be proactive.

Navigating a Search During a Pandemic
I feel the community has done a good job of containing the spread of the virus. They have been conservative of their planning. Unfortunately like activities have not been available, but this is to prevent the spread of COVID.
They have had some staffing issues. I don't know of any community that hasn't.
There are no discounts when staffing levels aren't provided. The wait times for care has increased.

The community always smells fresh. We do have to make sure we are attentive of my mother's room after they clean it. Overall, the community is always spotless and they do an excellent job keeping up. The staff responds very quickly to our questions and concerns, especially regarding my mother's care. They do offer a variety of activities for the residents and they seem to have something that appeals to everyone. Spring Hills Cherry Hill is very expensive, however the quality of care and peace of mind are very high.
