The meals were an issue, and at the time mother left, they said they were changing vendors. The staff were friendly and helpful, there just weren't enough nurses. They kept saying they were trying to hire more nurses, but I did not see an appreciable difference in number. Calling nursing staff was difficult, and they frequently did not return calls. Housekeeping could have been better, but it wasn't bad enough to warrant a complaint. I do want to say that there was music, Bible classes, and things for the residents to do. The activity director kept in the best contact, and she was very helpful. She had monthly outings, which included residents and their families.
