Huge disconnect between higher up/administrative staff. The sales pitch in the beginning was different than what happened. Care meetings never happened. Very hard to get ahold of the finance person and never got the invoices for care that I requested when they just stopped sending them and I have emails proving the request as to why the care amount changed so much without ever getting a response. The one lady at the front desk was outright nasty to us on a couple of occasions. She literally yelled in the hallway [name removed] family is here so if you need them basically get them now insinuating we don't visit enough. She literally ignored me when I came the one day. I talked to her and asked her a question and she turned around and starting doing something else. She judged us as a family for not being there as much as she thought we should be. If she only knew what all we had going on. Overall, I would have any loved one stay at the Inn because of the amazing caregivers. That was what was most important to us. \n\nThe biggest thing I appreciated about the Inn was [name removed] was aggressive and they never once said he couldn't stay there. We have many activities like movies, walking, making different crafts, baking, and sitting around the fire and talking. The therapists are excellent. We have a small library and a chapel where we have Sunday services. I didn't know that until after we signed the papers and moved in. That would have been a deal breaker had I known. My dad fell way too much and even ended up in the hospital with a gash in his face. They did no follow up with the hospital and he ended up in a different facility for rehab because the hospital said so, and it turned out to be completely unnecessary. The Inn finally got back involved after I sent them a 30 day notice.
